DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish I could give them a beg FAT NEGATIVE for stars! What a Fu*king Sh* SHOW!! Oh where do I begin! They were almost 2 weeks later than the original quoted timeframe, leaving us to buy a new mattress and sleep on the hardwood floor. SEVERAL items were damaged, and they WILL NOT PAY FOR THEM. We were asked if we wanted to count the items, but we're also told that the movers didn't have time. One of our cushions from a chair is missing and it costs more to have one custom made, than to buy a new chair. They lost one of our twin mattresses, and parts to a twin bed. However, "we didn't do the count" so we got screwed! Another damaged item is a piece of art that we paid $1000 for , from not being wrapped properly. Of course, they are not reimbursing us for that either. This is such a lazy and crappy company. We will NEVER use or recommend this company again!

A nightmare experience A nightmare experience. They were the most expensive quote I received and unfortunately I did NOT receive the service I was promised. The driver was extremely unprofessional with several hours of delays on both pick-up and delivery dates with ZERO communication. The movers caused close to $1000 in damage to my furniture after they had me pay for full-coverage insurance and now refuse to take responsibility for the damage. I pointed out the damage to the mover and the driver immediately who apologized for the partner mover not being careful taking the items out of the truck. The driver told me I would have to call National Van Lines’ customer service line to file a claim. These people are only focused on creative excuses to avoid paying out claims. The worst kind of scam company. I am out $300+ for insurance on top of the near $1000 in damaged furniture I need to replace. I have moved SEVERAL times and have never had such a horrible experience!

Save your time, use a more ethical team My experience with National Van Lines and their and their sub (A2B Moving) was mixed. The driver that moved me from Seattle to Phoenix was awesome. Hands down the best I've ever worked with. The people who ran the company business side gouged me, straight and simple. I was guaranteed a NTE price for my interstate move, with a statement that the actual price would be based on weight if the weight was lower than the NTE weight estimated. I was told that once they took the load back to their office, they would weigh it and let me know what the new weight amounted to from a cost perspective. That never happened. They picked up my stuff, moved it 1500 miles and then told me they wouldn't drop it off until I paid the NTE rate. It was a weekend, so there was no one to talk to in the office. So I paid with the understanding that it would be made right. I immediately reached out to the owner of the business and never heard back. It amounted to close to $3000. Very disappointing. My advice to anyone considering this company is DON'T. There are plenty of good, ethical moving companies out there, and no reason to use one that isn't.

Very pleased! From the first call to make my move to the delivery at my new home Everything was handled seamlessly. Everyone was so helpful especially The movers. Those men could not have been more helpful and Thoughtful at such a stressful time. I especially want to mention Monte, he is an exemplary employee. I would highly recommend National Van Lines to any one.

Hiccups with local crews but mostly great Balfour moving was great and Encore relocation was great, moving into TX. The only part that wasn't perfect was the local crews that were hired to pack and unpack at the two ends. The boxes were not labeled very accurately while packing, and when unpacking there were 10-12 boxes labeled for interior rooms that were left in the garage. Otherwise everything was great.
