GBGreat and easy move. This was the easiest move I've ever been in. The movers and the attention were great. This was not my cheapest choice, but it was the best one.

GBMovers were the best! The service was exceptional. The movers called before their arrival. They were on time and efficiently prepared furniture and boxes for transport. At my destination they were careful to remove and place furniture and boxes in rooms as requested. I appreciate and commend the professionalism of the entire Moving team.

GBOne of the worst business experiences… One of the worst business experiences of my life. They quoted a low price and signed a contract only to refuse to honor that price and demand $1000 more (nothing changed on my side). Communication was incredibly unprofessional. They say they are movers not brokers but my movers were with a different company. They handled my stuff carelessly and lots of it arrived damaged or broken. They also only sent 1 guy from the brokered company to unload our stuff --I ended up having to help them unload the truck. What am I paying for?

GBThey were careful with our fragile… They were careful with our fragile items and boxes. They also made sure to move everything into the correct places in our new house. The disassembling and reassembling was great! Best moving team ever!

GBBait and switch Bait and switch. Arranged a move and they send over a “binding estimate” for electronic signature. After this is done, they call you back to say there was an error and there’s a new estimate. Okay, went along. A week before the move they confirm the pickup date. Morning of the move they send out another binding estimate where the discounts that were offered disappear. They say they can’t send a truck unless you sign. So you’re either ripped off upfront or you are inconvenienced to find a new moving company. Seems the only party bound by estimates is the customer, not Transit. They play a lot of good cop bad cop on the phone trying to cajole you into a new deal. Horrible company.
