GBNot Trustworthy Super nice salesman, but of course he's trying to get your business. They will say the right things to get your business. It's all a lie. They underestimated the quote by 1/3. Tried to get a hold of the salesman after writing a check so we can get our stuff delivered and cannot get a hold of him. Called customer service several times and it's a vicious cycle. They will tell you something different each time. I would avoid this company. Has not been a good experience and we've been sleeping on the floor for the past three nights with our 3-month-old. Hotels get expensive after a couple days.

GBGreat experience!!!!! Being from another country is never easy, luckily for me transit was able to help me with my move they understood all my needs and made me feel like home.

GBBig time bait and switch After you read this, run! These guys moved me from San Diego to Phoenix area. Started with a “virtual” estimate not to exceed $8,700. Told the sales rep my stuff is big, heavy and I have a lot. He was adamant of getting 4 guys and a 28’ moving truck. The actual mover showed up on moving day and said it wont fit. Needs a second truck and wanted an additional $7,800. Oh, by the way, cash only or postal money order. This is the worst case of bait and switch that I have seen. Also, the movers swooped up my footstool claiming it was theirs. On top of all, they contracted a vehicle transport for $450 to take my 750 Beamer. The guy unloads around the corner, drives it up to the house, and keeps the drivers side towards me. Turns out this knucklehead dropped a hook and spent over $800 at the body shop. These guys are brokers, not actual movers. Better off going with a direct because these guys will tell you anything you want to hear but have no skin in the game.

GBBait and switch Bait and switch. Arranged a move and they send over a “binding estimate” for electronic signature. After this is done, they call you back to say there was an error and there’s a new estimate. Okay, went along. A week before the move they confirm the pickup date. Morning of the move they send out another binding estimate where the discounts that were offered disappear. They say they can’t send a truck unless you sign. So you’re either ripped off upfront or you are inconvenienced to find a new moving company. Seems the only party bound by estimates is the customer, not Transit. They play a lot of good cop bad cop on the phone trying to cajole you into a new deal. Horrible company.

GBThank you! They were thorough, careful, and really easy to work with. Our family of five was involved in the process, and things went smoothly, especially because they managed the day and all the moving parts beautifully. Thank you so much to every member of this team.
