Not Trustworthy Super nice salesman, but of course he's trying to get your business. They will say the right things to get your business. It's all a lie. They underestimated the quote by 1/3. Tried to get a hold of the salesman after writing a check so we can get our stuff delivered and cannot get a hold of him. Called customer service several times and it's a vicious cycle. They will tell you something different each time. I would avoid this company. Has not been a good experience and we've been sleeping on the floor for the past three nights with our 3-month-old. Hotels get expensive after a couple days.

Bait and switch Bait and switch. Arranged a move and they send over a “binding estimate” for electronic signature. After this is done, they call you back to say there was an error and there’s a new estimate. Okay, went along. A week before the move they confirm the pickup date. Morning of the move they send out another binding estimate where the discounts that were offered disappear. They say they can’t send a truck unless you sign. So you’re either ripped off upfront or you are inconvenienced to find a new moving company. Seems the only party bound by estimates is the customer, not Transit. They play a lot of good cop bad cop on the phone trying to cajole you into a new deal. Horrible company.

If I could give this moving company -10… If I could give this moving company -10 stars, I would this company will try and hustle you and that is why they do not. Have you pay your full balance but I did and found out that they do. They will lose your items they will give you the runaround, and they are very disrespectful when they are the ones that are late with your items, the movers come to move in your Home are nice people, but their corporate office is full of scammers and hustlers and they are fully disgusting. Do not recommend.

I am a very grateful! I hired these movers to move my furniture and belongings from my flat into my mum’s garage as my stay has been extended for a few months due to unforeseen circumstances. The job was done flawlessly. Once at my mum’s house they helped to move things around and make space for my bits. My mum was so happy with how they handled everything and were so polite and helpful.
