I rented a unit from this dump in Grand… I rented a unit from this dump in Grand jct on the riverside pkwy.my vehicle had broken down and had to be left over night along with the vehicle I was towing.next day came back and was greeted by the rude manager and his friend who proceeded to insult me and then had my vehicle towed to the time of $450 plus a daily fee of 48!! I hope someone handles him real soon.so they said I was living in my other vehicle on the property and locked me out of my unit.and told me I had to move about 1 hours after they had let me upgrade

When we checked in to our new storage… When we checked in to our new storage unit we discovered that although it was listed as having power, it did not have any lights. Federal apologized for the mistake and offered to knock $20 per month off the rent. I felt that was extremely fair. Even without the reduction, their prices are better than any other facility around and it is a very nice facility with a good location.

The prices are reasonable & the staff… The prices are reasonable & the staff is always nice & friendly. The only problem i do have with this location is; that it's always leaking water, water on the floors between the aisles with a foul smell. Sometimes you have to walk around the whole storage building to avoid stepping in the water or having water dripping on you. Other than that, i really don't have a problem.

My 10Federal experience Although this was a new experience where the facility is unmanned, I was still able to get what I needed. The live reps over the phone were awesome at getting the job done and being sure I had what I needed. The were polite and patient. And when I encountered a problem with the unit they stayed on the line until resolved. Sure better experience from the last place I had. I’d recommend 10 Federal to anyone any day. Thanks 10Federal.
