About One Step Lines LLC

For decades, applied behavior analysis (ABA) has been widely touted as an approach that leads to best outcomes for individuals on the autism spectrum. Businesses and treatments have been built upon the strategies associated with applied behavior analysis. Looking at these various business and treatments, it is clear that there are many and diverse interpretations of what ABA is or is not. Through studying ABA, what seems obvious is that it is a collection of tools that can be widely used and should be infused into any setting. One Step Lines LLC involves various strategies and techniques which are evidence-based and utilized in working with individuals across the autism spectrum, and those with and without disabilities.

My experience started with Sean My experience started with Sean, he helped us coordinate our move and he did an amazing job. I was nervous at first about my move but the whole Team at One Source Van Lines did great and really exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Original estimate $2600 - Final bill $3900! Original estimate $2600. Final bill $3900. Moved only 52 extra cubic feet for $1300!!!! Great promises, but matched with significant under-performance and overcharge. I would NOT recommend this outfit.

We have been lied to from the getgo We have been lied to from the getgo. They said it would be 3k for the move. They said the movers would call us 1 hour before they showed up. Movers called us 20 minutes before showing up. They told us it would be 6k to move. We were told 3-5 business days we should expect our things. Called at 5 business days, got told 5-14. Called at 14, got told that we would get a partial refund. Got told that our shipment was loaded and headed our way, then got told the loaders lied and they were not coming until the next week. A month without our things we got told the movers had loaded and would call us 24-48 hrs before they arrived. They called us three hours before their ‘expected’ arrival. Told us 6, showed up at 10 pm. They are throwing are things. Won’t take stuff upstairs. Found out we don’t get a partial refund because it’s 21 business days, and we had been lied to the three times we had communicated before. We were told the movers would be the same who picked up and delivered. They were not.

Price changes 2 days before move 1.5 months before the move they did a visual inspection and gave me a quote. 2 days before the move, after I had boxed up my house, they changed the price from $6k to $10k, and asked for another $2k deposit. The day of the move I came to my senses and cancelled after they arrived. All I want is the second $2k payment back but they won't return any calls.
