Friendly and eager to help. The two movers, Mike and Jason, seemed friendly and eager to help. They were friendly and professional as soon as they arrived. In addition, they moved everything so quickly! I would hire them again! On the business side, they were very clear about what everything cost, and nothing was a surprise or seemed sketchy at all.

Was told I would be getting a call between 4:and 6:pm to say when the movers would be coming. I never received a call, am unable to reach anyone by phone. I called the “emergency” #, no one answered and the message was there is no mailbox set up for this number. I had sent a couple emails in the week before my move and not one was answered. Think twice about using this company for your move.

A Scam. Beware!!! I entered into contract on 8/11/21 for a move. My moving plans changed and I notified the company in writing within 72 hours per the contract. It is two months later and I still have not received my deposit refund. I have talked to seven different people who all lied and said my refund was issued. They do not return emails or phone calls and are very rude. This company is a Scam.

Quote was way short of what I asked for I called and spoke with Anthony and expressed my need for a full semi for moving. He gave me a quote that ended up being for only a little over half that cubic feet. When I tried to get a hold of him after being informed that it would cost thousands more to ship what I needed, he never answered or returned my calls. (three separate calls) US Standard Van Lines is Only a Broker, not the actual shipping company. You pay them for hooking you up with an actual shipping company. Save yourself a ton of money and contact the actual shipping company yourself.
