Valuable furniture was stolen when I left to go get the movers a lunch, they damaged no less than five separate pieces of other furniture, including a new dining room table, a beautiful mirrored credenza (shattered the mirrored glass), a desk and dressers. Then they offer pennies on the dollar for reimbursement. They will quote you one price, force you to sign waivers and additional costs during the move process when they know they have you locked in, then run your credit card without your approval at drop-off. Oh, and they don't re-install the furniture that they break down, like bed frames, so you're stuck with that. Just a nightmare company.

Highly unprofessional and unethical company Highly unprofessional company. I would advise readers of this review to not go to this company. They did my move on June-01 from Irvine to Eastvale. In that process, they damaged my appliances and charged my card against my consent. They are non-responsive to settle my damage claim a month after it was caused.

Overall a really great experience Overall a really great experience. Ours was an interstate move, and we needed to move soon. Move Central came in , did a free in home and storage unit estimate, got back to us with a competitive price and very upfront “fine print”. We were impressed with their professionalism and timelines. They picked up everything on Saturday and had our stuff to our new place by Sunday morning (over 500 miles away). They worked quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived at my new house in perfect condition. Overall, we were completely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Worst service EVER!! If I could give negative stars I would!! Worst experience ever!! We hired them to pack and move my 92 year old grandmother from one home to another. First they didn’t show up on the day they were suppose to, promised they would move her the next day. Showed up late the following day and didn’t bring enough packing supplies and didn’t want to work overtime so they only moved half her stuff. Than every time we call to speak with a manager “he is in a meeting”, meanwhile my grandmother is sleeping on a mattress on the floor!! They told us the job was completed and we would have to rebook them!! Do not use them, worst customer service ever!!!

Just want the community to be aware I’m typically very fair and very lenient when it comes to giving bad reviews because I understand how damaging they can be. However, this 1 star is justified as it took these guys 12.5 hours at $175 per hour (over priced, going rate is $125 for 3 guys) for less furniture than it took the last guys 5 hours to do. 5 beds, 3 dressers, 4 night stands, coffee table, 4 end tables, mini fridge and 22 boxes. Took them 12.5 hours, $2,300 and on top of it their truck broke down. I had spent an hour going to get the parts and fixing the truck to get them mobile again. 12.5 hrs at a premium (and had damages) for less furniture than the other movers did in 5 hrs.
