A great job We recently moved from San Diego to Nevada and hired Move Central for the job. Arnold promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. Juan, Marcos and Lazaro were extremely speedy, yet very careful while placing and reassembling the big furniture pieces along with all the other boxes and fragile items. They did a great job! Buyer beware! Buyer beware! 1. They nickel and dime you for materials and drive time 2. You need to explain things multiple times to many different employees 3. Their Movers bully you to tip them a certain amount. 4. They look good on paper but reality is they are subpar. They must have a marketing team that floods positive reviews after a negative review because they do not deserve 5 stars. Run away!

Do not use this company. I received a quote for 1 truck & 2 movers to move my furniture from CA to TN. I agreed upon the price, put my deposit down and day of the move received a call from Anthony that it was going to be more money. They charged me for 4 hours of labor at the price of 2 movers instead of 1. I contacted the company and they were of no help. Do not use this company, they will charge your card and give you zero assistance. I had to submit a claim to the BBB and file a dispute with my credit card company.

Moving Central Irvine Moving Central Irvine: I moved two miles after selling my home 1/2022 I was given a quote of $959. i paid a deposit and when they brought my furniture to my new place, the manager called me from the main office, was so aggressive and rude, on the phone demanding double of their quote, or they would take my things and store them, And told me i'd have to pay for storage anc a new moving fee. I was sobbing but I had to give him a new credit card to get my furniture. Then went back to check my home and they brought the plaster and paint off the wall at the top of the stairs and left my queen bed in my room. They are the worst business and honestly need to be investigated for extorting customers when they have your whole house of furniture on their trucks. Never ever use them. They are the worst ever.

Overall a really great experience Overall a really great experience. Ours was an interstate move, and we needed to move soon. Move Central came in , did a free in home and storage unit estimate, got back to us with a competitive price and very upfront “fine print”. We were impressed with their professionalism and timelines. They picked up everything on Saturday and had our stuff to our new place by Sunday morning (over 500 miles away). They worked quickly and efficiently. Everything arrived at my new house in perfect condition. Overall, we were completely impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
