AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a scam! Fraudulent charges, broken, damaged, and missing property! All phone numbers they give are FAKE! You just get CJ or Sammy answering the phone, NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! NO ONE TALKS TO YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR PROPERTY AND MONEY!

A great job We recently moved from San Diego to Nevada and hired Move Central for the job. Arnold promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. Juan, Marcos and Lazaro were extremely speedy, yet very careful while placing and reassembling the big furniture pieces along with all the other boxes and fragile items. They did a great job! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Valuable furniture was stolen when I left to go get the movers a lunch, they damaged no less than five separate pieces of other furniture, including a new dining room table, a beautiful mirrored credenza (shattered the mirrored glass), a desk and dressers. Then they offer pennies on the dollar for reimbursement. They will quote you one price, force you to sign waivers and additional costs during the move process when they know they have you locked in, then run your credit card without your approval at drop-off. Oh, and they don't re-install the furniture that they break down, like bed frames, so you're stuck with that. Just a nightmare company.

Worst service EVER!! If I could give negative stars I would!! Worst experience ever!! We hired them to pack and move my 92 year old grandmother from one home to another. First they didn’t show up on the day they were suppose to, promised they would move her the next day. Showed up late the following day and didn’t bring enough packing supplies and didn’t want to work overtime so they only moved half her stuff. Than every time we call to speak with a manager “he is in a meeting”, meanwhile my grandmother is sleeping on a mattress on the floor!! They told us the job was completed and we would have to rebook them!! Do not use them, worst customer service ever!!!

All around wonderful experience All around wonderful experience: - Called me back promptly to schedule my move. - Called to confirm the day before. - Team: Marcos and Oscar, showed up 10 minutes before the start time. Perfect. - Quickly and efficiently moved the boxes/bags/furniture out. -Helped me put doors back on, move out heavy trash to the curb and take down parking restrictions signs. - At my new place they also worked as quickly as possible given the circumstances. From start to finish, a very professional and smooth moving day. Definitely recommend!
