Do not use this company. I received a quote for 1 truck & 2 movers to move my furniture from CA to TN. I agreed upon the price, put my deposit down and day of the move received a call from Anthony that it was going to be more money. They charged me for 4 hours of labor at the price of 2 movers instead of 1. I contacted the company and they were of no help. Do not use this company, they will charge your card and give you zero assistance. I had to submit a claim to the BBB and file a dispute with my credit card company.

Would never hire. The team was very unprofessional and had absolutely terrible customer service. I have moved across country with other movers and have never had such issues as I had with Move Central— who I only hired to load/unload. They completely shattered the glass for a coffee table and due to their policy, they only offered to compensate $58 for a $720 coffee table. They said they only compensate $.60 for every pound- which they do not communicate to you when you reserve the appointment. They have you sign the contract at the site of the move. I would not move anything of value with them. They also left the shattered glass all over the street and their team did not clean up after themselves. They also just put all the boxes in the living room upside down and stacked heavy items on top of boxes labeled delicate, ruining more items. I hired movers because I needed help with a move but they ended up only adding more stress and damaging more items. They were also incredibly reckless with heavy items and scraped the wooden floors when they moved the filing cabinets. I would never hire this team.

A great job We recently moved from San Diego to Nevada and hired Move Central for the job. Arnold promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. Juan, Marcos and Lazaro were extremely speedy, yet very careful while placing and reassembling the big furniture pieces along with all the other boxes and fragile items. They did a great job! They are Thieves!!!!! They are Thieves!!!!! Quoted an “estimate “ then hold your things hostage until you pay a ridiculous amount of money. Cops won’t help you!! Beware of this company. Scammers!!!!

All around wonderful experience All around wonderful experience: - Called me back promptly to schedule my move. - Called to confirm the day before. - Team: Marcos and Oscar, showed up 10 minutes before the start time. Perfect. - Quickly and efficiently moved the boxes/bags/furniture out. -Helped me put doors back on, move out heavy trash to the curb and take down parking restrictions signs. - At my new place they also worked as quickly as possible given the circumstances. From start to finish, a very professional and smooth moving day. Definitely recommend!
