GBWould never hire. The team was very unprofessional and had absolutely terrible customer service. I have moved across country with other movers and have never had such issues as I had with Move Central— who I only hired to load/unload. They completely shattered the glass for a coffee table and due to their policy, they only offered to compensate $58 for a $720 coffee table. They said they only compensate $.60 for every pound- which they do not communicate to you when you reserve the appointment. They have you sign the contract at the site of the move. I would not move anything of value with them. They also left the shattered glass all over the street and their team did not clean up after themselves. They also just put all the boxes in the living room upside down and stacked heavy items on top of boxes labeled delicate, ruining more items. I hired movers because I needed help with a move but they ended up only adding more stress and damaging more items. They were also incredibly reckless with heavy items and scraped the wooden floors when they moved the filing cabinets. I would never hire this team.

GBScammers & Thievest!!!! Run!!! Unethical scammers!!! This was a horrible experience. Do not use! Do a little research and look at the negative reviews, this tells the true story. They ruined my bedroom set by shattering the pillars, they did not come with tools to take apart the bedroom set despite my confirmation, nor were they smart enough to figure it out, they stole a brand new iPhone, and one of the guys had diarrhea and spent 20 minutes three separate times in the bathroom at $160 per hour. It took me 45 minutes to get to the Final Destination yet it took them 2 hours. They said traffic yet we left at the same time. They charged me time and a half and double time, the entire experience taking 11 hours to move a bedroom set and and a desk with small armoire and about 25 boxes. One guy stayed on the truck while the other one moved the furniture into the house so it was like I had one mover. I filed a claim while they were still moving my furniture. They never followed up and yet when my bank reaches out about the damage they declined to cover.

GBBuyer beware! Buyer beware! 1. They nickel and dime you for materials and drive time 2. You need to explain things multiple times to many different employees 3. Their Movers bully you to tip them a certain amount. 4. They look good on paper but reality is they are subpar. They must have a marketing team that floods positive reviews after a negative review because they do not deserve 5 stars. Run away!

GBJust want the community to be aware I’m typically very fair and very lenient when it comes to giving bad reviews because I understand how damaging they can be. However, this 1 star is justified as it took these guys 12.5 hours at $175 per hour (over priced, going rate is $125 for 3 guys) for less furniture than it took the last guys 5 hours to do. 5 beds, 3 dressers, 4 night stands, coffee table, 4 end tables, mini fridge and 22 boxes. Took them 12.5 hours, $2,300 and on top of it their truck broke down. I had spent an hour going to get the parts and fixing the truck to get them mobile again. 12.5 hrs at a premium (and had damages) for less furniture than the other movers did in 5 hrs.

GBWorst service EVER!! If I could give negative stars I would!! Worst experience ever!! We hired them to pack and move my 92 year old grandmother from one home to another. First they didn’t show up on the day they were suppose to, promised they would move her the next day. Showed up late the following day and didn’t bring enough packing supplies and didn’t want to work overtime so they only moved half her stuff. Than every time we call to speak with a manager “he is in a meeting”, meanwhile my grandmother is sleeping on a mattress on the floor!! They told us the job was completed and we would have to rebook them!! Do not use them, worst customer service ever!!!
