Buyer beware! Buyer beware! 1. They nickel and dime you for materials and drive time 2. You need to explain things multiple times to many different employees 3. Their Movers bully you to tip them a certain amount. 4. They look good on paper but reality is they are subpar. They must have a marketing team that floods positive reviews after a negative review because they do not deserve 5 stars. Run away!

Scammers & Thievest!!!! Run!!! Unethical scammers!!! This was a horrible experience. Do not use! Do a little research and look at the negative reviews, this tells the true story. They ruined my bedroom set by shattering the pillars, they did not come with tools to take apart the bedroom set despite my confirmation, nor were they smart enough to figure it out, they stole a brand new iPhone, and one of the guys had diarrhea and spent 20 minutes three separate times in the bathroom at $160 per hour. It took me 45 minutes to get to the Final Destination yet it took them 2 hours. They said traffic yet we left at the same time. They charged me time and a half and double time, the entire experience taking 11 hours to move a bedroom set and and a desk with small armoire and about 25 boxes. One guy stayed on the truck while the other one moved the furniture into the house so it was like I had one mover. I filed a claim while they were still moving my furniture. They never followed up and yet when my bank reaches out about the damage they declined to cover.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! The representatives on the phone are so rude, cut you off, and talk over you while treating you like absolute crap. I am unfourtlatley having to start the process of suing this company. I spoke with Arnold on the phone who initially helped us book our unload only service. I explained to him how we are moving from out of state and we are looking for a company who could be a little flexible on our move in date as we were driving 18 hours. He promised me the world and that on the day of my move in, I could call and let them know our arrival time and they would accommodate. NO cancellation policy or other policies were spoken about at all on the phone, ON A RECORDED LINE so I have PROOF! Long story short I was lied to and taken advantage of. $250 has been taken from me and I will FIGHT BACK to get my money because I was LIED to and promised the world so he would get my card number and take my money. These guys are jerks and do not give a damn about anyone but their greedy selves. Do yourself a favor and hire a small company that actually cares and will render services as promised. PLEASE, listen to the 1000+ ONE star reviews they have on their yelp, google review and do NOT use them.

All around wonderful experience All around wonderful experience: - Called me back promptly to schedule my move. - Called to confirm the day before. - Team: Marcos and Oscar, showed up 10 minutes before the start time. Perfect. - Quickly and efficiently moved the boxes/bags/furniture out. -Helped me put doors back on, move out heavy trash to the curb and take down parking restrictions signs. - At my new place they also worked as quickly as possible given the circumstances. From start to finish, a very professional and smooth moving day. Definitely recommend!

A great job We recently moved from San Diego to Nevada and hired Move Central for the job. Arnold promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. Juan, Marcos and Lazaro were extremely speedy, yet very careful while placing and reassembling the big furniture pieces along with all the other boxes and fragile items. They did a great job!
