They are Thieves!!!!! They are Thieves!!!!! Quoted an “estimate “ then hold your things hostage until you pay a ridiculous amount of money. Cops won’t help you!! Beware of this company. Scammers!!!!

A great job We recently moved from San Diego to Nevada and hired Move Central for the job. Arnold promptly came to our house for an estimate and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. Even though it was on relatively short notice, they were able to accommodate us with our preferred date for loading and drop off. In fact, they were so efficient that they arrived early and offered to unload things the evening prior to the scheduled drop off. Juan, Marcos and Lazaro were extremely speedy, yet very careful while placing and reassembling the big furniture pieces along with all the other boxes and fragile items. They did a great job! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a scam! Fraudulent charges, broken, damaged, and missing property! All phone numbers they give are FAKE! You just get CJ or Sammy answering the phone, NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! NO ONE TALKS TO YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR PROPERTY AND MONEY!

Worst service EVER!! If I could give negative stars I would!! Worst experience ever!! We hired them to pack and move my 92 year old grandmother from one home to another. First they didn’t show up on the day they were suppose to, promised they would move her the next day. Showed up late the following day and didn’t bring enough packing supplies and didn’t want to work overtime so they only moved half her stuff. Than every time we call to speak with a manager “he is in a meeting”, meanwhile my grandmother is sleeping on a mattress on the floor!! They told us the job was completed and we would have to rebook them!! Do not use them, worst customer service ever!!!

Just want the community to be aware I’m typically very fair and very lenient when it comes to giving bad reviews because I understand how damaging they can be. However, this 1 star is justified as it took these guys 12.5 hours at $175 per hour (over priced, going rate is $125 for 3 guys) for less furniture than it took the last guys 5 hours to do. 5 beds, 3 dressers, 4 night stands, coffee table, 4 end tables, mini fridge and 22 boxes. Took them 12.5 hours, $2,300 and on top of it their truck broke down. I had spent an hour going to get the parts and fixing the truck to get them mobile again. 12.5 hrs at a premium (and had damages) for less furniture than the other movers did in 5 hrs.
