Great affordable experience I was surprised that my experience was as good as it was being that there were a few bad reviews and the price fortunately the move went very well my price didn’t exceed what I was quoted and my items were put together flawlessly. I had a great experience my rep. Brett instructed me to list all items on inventory to keep price the same. Thank you guys and thank you Brett

I wish I could give them a negative… I wish I could give them a negative number but that's impossible. They must have family and friends putting up the stars and good ratings because they tried to scam myself and my mom out of our money. We booked with then to move from Wisconsin to Arizona and they never called nor showed up and I had to pay my previous owners more money to stay thinking they would eventually show up NEVER HAPPENED. We called and called and kept getting the run around and once we stopped payment on the check that was sent to them someone kept calling. 😆 Don't fall for this mess with these jive turkeys. All the 5, 4,3 and 2 stars came from someone they know DON'T DO IT

SHADY AF RUN! This is happening in real time right now and I’m watching my best friend go through this. This is a broker, unbeknownst to her, and they quoted space and agreed to a second location for a few items. Upon arrival the the quoted space and price with absolutely 100% accurate inventory the independent contract and broker wanted 4k MORE on top of the deposit already given. Keep in mind she has LESS furniture and boxes than would fit into a Studio apartment. On top of that when we op’ed out of more space they no longer wanted to go to a second location and the independent contractor was completely HOSTILE on the phone and refused to tell us the company they worked for or affiliation with Royal Palm. He was like we can take what’s there or my guys can leave! How professional! Moving guys are super nice though and funny. Literally the only highlight to this terrible experience so far.

Stay Away! They are a Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in contact with Royal Palm and specifically Brian Miller! I was contacted several times prior to the Drivers showing up at my apartment to pick up my items. After he took a lists of all my items, we agreed on the price and the date of the move was set. Unfortunately, when the movers arrived on the 12th. They wanted to draft another contract which would cost me 0ver 5K more. I have emails and text that I would not have to pay anything additional. They did not tell me they were just the Brokers and they still have my $500 that needs to be refunded. Please stay away from them, they cancelled on the spot without any of my items being shipped. They promise to refund my money and even now they still are holding my money. I will flood their website with friend and family reviews if I don't get my money back. I will post copies of text and emails shared to let everyone know not to use your company.

Royal Palm --- Terrible! My experience with Royal Palm was horrible! I provided an itemized list of all items to be moved...in great detail. When the contracted moving company showed up, they explained that Royal Palm had grossly underestimated the cubic footage needed. So, the move would cost 2.5 times the estimate. I was not able to move my items. Royal Palm will not refund my deposit. Their suggestion was to have the moving company take the items that would fit in the cubic footage that Royal Palm estimated...although this would only be one-third of the items I listed on the quote. They had no solutions for how to move the rest of the items on my list. Now trying to get $1279 back from the deposit and hiring a more honest, trustworthy company. Already filed a complaint with the BBB. Please be careful!
