My brother had the worst experience… My brother had the worst experience ever with them. I couldn't believe the damage when I arrived at his apartment! Mike Levy told him that he was not a broker and that his stuff would be on a 26' truck. Last minute, he said the truck was "stuck" in NY and couldn't get to PA so he was having Quality Movers pick up the stuff. Still said that his stuff would be the only stuff on the truck which was a complete lie. It came in a Mayflower huge tractor trailer with bungees holding everything up. Oh and to promise the stuff would be there in 5 days - didn't happen! He is missing many items including pieces to his bed so couldn't put that together and so much was broken. Boxes completely smashed and furniture not wrapped whatsoever but he had to pay an additional $300 for this!!! Price went from $3600 to about $6200 because he sold the service to Quality Movers. BEWARE!!!!!!! He is a broker and will not have your stuff on his own truck with just your stuff but will tell you that to get your business. During move out day, nobody could reach him to let him know what was happening - hide because he knew what he did to him! How does anyone live like this knowing you caused so much harm to someone's mental state and belongings?! Please do yourself a favor and go with another company!!!

Worst moving company Worst moving company! Lies after lies and anytime you try calling you get forwarded to one guy. First our quote ended up a thousand bucks over and when they showed up to pick up our house they were three hours late and didn’t get done till almost 3 in the morning after the foreman wanted us to give him 500 bucks to not list as much on their paperwork. I had also asked after reading another review, if they use their own trucks. He told me yes which was another lie. Some other company picked up our load and then a different one dropped it off after having our stuff for 20plus days. Our brand new refrigerator was covered in dents and we are still going through boxes that were clearly marked fragile that are shattered. Then we had cops show up to our house while their hired help was unloading the truck because one of them had stolen a cell phone and was tracked to our house. Just overall horrible experience and will never use this company again. There is a lot more but I would be on here for hours. After seeing the company's reply to this review, it brings me to believe that they would still rather lie than be honest. the main problem was you can not reach anyone other than the assigned "agent". No customer support or management to discuss the issues we had. We had several items broken including antiques and like i said a brand new refrigerator that has dents all over it now. If someone wants to reach out to me from this company you can find our contact and we can set up a call. All the information i have put on here is true and not a fake review. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Experience When the mover arrived, he took pictures of my items and proceeded to tell me there would be an additional $600 charge for my items because I had more than what was mentioned with the initial phone call/estimate. Then, the mover stated that if I didn't want to pay the extra charge, he suggested I leave behind a glass cabinet and locker. These two items were already on my inventory list and took up a very small portion of space.

They took very good care of our furniture and personal belongings enroute, ensuring that everything was delivered on time without damage. The moving crew was very patient ; they ensured that our possessions were placed in the rooms in our new home hassle free. We can highly recommend Northern Moving System.

I just received my delivery and I just… I just received my delivery and I just need to thank everyone at Dedicated Van Lines! Moving is Stressful enough (as ive moved 3 times in last 5 yrs) This was by far the most professional moving service i have used. My moving assistant Mike L was Very Professional, responsive (every time i called/text) As well as the movers who were Very hard working, Honest, and Kept in touch with me the entire way. I would 100% recommend Dedicated Van Lines As I just had my cousin call for her upcoming move thank you .....Jason
