Dedicated Van Lines is HORRIBLE This company is HORRIBLE! Started out working with Jason Littman and the process good with the 1st interaction but when didn’t close the deal with he kept calling me back. Should’ve been a RED FLAG!! I finally worked a deal and I wasn’t told that they use a third party for your pick and delivery! Third party arrived contract stated 2 people and only 1 person showed. I called Dedicated but kept getting the run around! They even stopped taking my calls! BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Horrible, horrible, and horrible!

These guys were more than amazing These guys were more than amazing. Fast, professional, funny - couldn't have been a better experience. They showed up with clean moving pads and plastic wrap, they were on time and very efficient and careful with all of our belongings. I would book them again in a heartbeat. We were very impressed with the service… We were very impressed with the service we received. As promised, they came on time and were extremely professional. The three men who helped us move 7 miles away got to work immediately and never stopped moving. While it took.longer than we originally thought, we were totally impressed by their work ethic and attention to all the details. They know what they are doing. We were very pleased with them and would highly recommend them.

They took very good care of our furniture and personal belongings enroute, ensuring that everything was delivered on time without damage. The moving crew was very patient ; they ensured that our possessions were placed in the rooms in our new home hassle free. We can highly recommend Northern Moving System.

Extra hidden cost and ruined furniture Wow where do I begin? If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially I was assured by Mike that since I recently had knee surgery the full pack of the house would take care of packing up the house as well as moving. Well thank God we did some packing of our own. Not only did they not pack half of our stuff but couldn’t fit it all on the truck so my husband and I were forced to rent a U-Haul in the middle of the night and packed our entire basement that was left behind by the moving company. They were an hour late for pickup and an hour and a half late for drop off. They ended up charging us 5k when the original estimate was 3200. They ruined our dining room table when they were reassembling it because the guy was listening to music and couldn’t hear the screws going through our table. They left the parts of both the washer and dryer at the old house so my dad had to go out and buy new parts and hook up my washer and dryer at my new house. What a disappointing company.
