GBMoving Brokerage Firm NOT a Moving Company DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This coming fraudulently represents itself as a long-distance moving company when they are a moving brokerage firm. They own/operate 0 moving trucks. They brokered my move out to a company called Witty Mover and Delivery and it was the move from hell. The review I posted for Witty Mover and Delivery is pasted below. This was truly a horrific experience. This company should be shut down. My move was brokered out to this company from Dedicated Van Lines, a company that misrepresents itself as long-distance movers. Relocating from Pennsylvania to New Mexico with this company was hands down the most egregious moving experience of my life. I do not know how to capture the level of dysfunction and fraudulent business practices fully but I shall try. They are the worst: 1. they doubled the cost of my move, 2. they destroyed and/or didn't bring ~$6k worth of my belongings, 3. my boxes were riddled with rodent feces, 4. they were ~2 weeks late, 5. when I called to get an updated delivery estimate their phone numbers were coming back disconnected and I thought all of my property was stolen for 24-48 hours, 6. it took 6 months for them to finally respond to my property damage claims which only happened after I began consulting plaintiff attorneys and threatened them with litigation, 7. the settlement they offered covered ~0.05% of the value of the property they damaged, destroyed, and didn't deliver. Basically, you are better off using anyone but this company. Additionally, under no circumstances book a move through Dedicated Van Lines, they are equally as fraudulent as Witty Movers and Delivery.

GBAll Items Damaged WORST Moving Company Initial quote and promise to get the deposit. Day before move, they doubled my quote bait and switch. Missed move day, causing more time off of work, and day of move wanted to charge me another couple of thousand. Careless on wrapping, and disgruntled mover. Packed a coiled mattress rolled up, damaged. 75 inch tv, broken. Very bad job on wrapping furniture, all came damaged. Didn't wrap coffee table, damaged. I paid extra for packing, they didn't do the full job and for clothes threw it all in a box. Stopped communication and won't respond in transits or trying to file claim on damaged items. Hard to deal with customer service, they are very untrustworthy and doing dirty business. This company is NOT reputable and did a terrible job from start to delivery. Moves are stressful enough, this one will make your move experience the worst and I highly recommend to use another company.

GBI attempted to cancel my appointment… I attempted to cancel my appointment since I will no longer be moving and they never got back to me. I was messaging with one of their agents and was told they would call me and it’s been 4 days now and haven’t received a call.

GBWorst moving company Worst moving company! Lies after lies and anytime you try calling you get forwarded to one guy. First our quote ended up a thousand bucks over and when they showed up to pick up our house they were three hours late and didn’t get done till almost 3 in the morning after the foreman wanted us to give him 500 bucks to not list as much on their paperwork. I had also asked after reading another review, if they use their own trucks. He told me yes which was another lie. Some other company picked up our load and then a different one dropped it off after having our stuff for 20plus days. Our brand new refrigerator was covered in dents and we are still going through boxes that were clearly marked fragile that are shattered. Then we had cops show up to our house while their hired help was unloading the truck because one of them had stolen a cell phone and was tracked to our house. Just overall horrible experience and will never use this company again. There is a lot more but I would be on here for hours. After seeing the company's reply to this review, it brings me to believe that they would still rather lie than be honest. the main problem was you can not reach anyone other than the assigned "agent". No customer support or management to discuss the issues we had. We had several items broken including antiques and like i said a brand new refrigerator that has dents all over it now. If someone wants to reach out to me from this company you can find our contact and we can set up a call. All the information i have put on here is true and not a fake review. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

GBWorst Experience When the mover arrived, he took pictures of my items and proceeded to tell me there would be an additional $600 charge for my items because I had more than what was mentioned with the initial phone call/estimate. Then, the mover stated that if I didn't want to pay the extra charge, he suggested I leave behind a glass cabinet and locker. These two items were already on my inventory list and took up a very small portion of space.
