Reach out! Do not believe these five star reviews it is a total SCAM!!!!I too did my due diligence, reading reviews etc. I lost so much $$$ additionally they left my things in a parking lot when I told them I had 3 broken toes. This company is a scam. Most of the reviews are 4 or 1-star ratings. This company is a scam and so are the 4-star ratings. They never delivered our furniture. We’re looking at legal actions.

If I could choose 0 I would If I could choose 0 I would. Booked my daughters move through them from AL to TN. Seemed great on the get go. Then waited and waited. Over 3 weeks held the items. Showed up at 9:00 on a Friday night: Rude, unprofessional, charged more $$ because there was an elevator (which was disclosed up front when we got the quote). Shattered mirror that they detached and packed and stored. Broken TV, dishes etc. Filed claim in Sept. Just got told they are paying a whopping $96 because we chose per pound insurance (which we did not - they never gave her the option). Unreal 1st move experience for my 22 year old. Never again!!

This place is a big scam This place is a big scam. They will tell you a bunch of lies just to get signed up then they will set you up with a bad mover that will charge you a lot more than the original quote. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Worst brokers ever.
