USThis is the WORST moving company… This is the worst moving company possible. They don't actually move their customer's stuff themselves, they hire a different moving company to do it. The moving company they hired harassed my mom into paying more for the move and for a really big tip. I told them repeatedly that at each location there were stairs and they responded back to me, "oh yeah that's fine shouldn't be an issue" yet went the day comes, they want to charge me extra for stairs? huh? True Blue Moving Group tacks on extra fees, pressures you into signing (@Chris), and does not know the heck they are doing. If you are thinking about hiring a moving company, go for a company that is trustworthy and actually does the work themselves.

USThey quoted me $5K and on the pick up… They quoted me $5K and on the pick up day they said it was going to be $10K! They used unethical sales tactics.

USFirst red flag is cash payment First red flag is cash payment. They do this so you cannot get your money back or file a claim with your credit card company. This company has you sign a contract to allow a 3 day window for pick up so technically you can sit your entirely packed home for 3 days waiting. They state a call will be made within 24 hrs of the move to give you a 3 hr window of time. They NEVER, and we hunted them down until they gave us a window of 5 hrs to which they never showed up. RObin promised me the movers would be here in 2 hours and again never arrived. We spoke with the actual movers (True Blue is a broker which is another red flag. Only work directly with the movers). who said they were never contacted by True Blue in regards to scheduling drivers/movers. So the moving company never gave a window of arrival and True Blue made up arrival times. They also failed to contact us after the no show to give us any update. We called the next day to cancel as of course we could not trust them to take our things, and refused to refund us for services never rendered standing behind their "contract" that they have three days to finish the job even though they lied about arrival time. After we cancelled, we spoke with the actual movers and they said they were never notified of our cancellation so True Blue also did not communicate with their "scheduled" drivers. Either way, if you want any sense of security with your move, DO NOT use True Blue. Only use a company you pay by credit card and work directly with the movers and not a broker.

USGiving this company One star is even… Giving this company One star is even more than they are worth. This company is full of nothing but excuse after excuse. Managers have are spineless and have ZERO knowledge of what they are doing. We are now almost one month since we were “told” our stuff would be picked up. We are now 2 weeks from it actually being picked up and yet nobody in this company has an effin clue where our stuff is. We are preparing an action with our attorney against them since we asked multiple times to refund our money and yet we’re promised our stuff would be taken care of, on top of this we are now also being told that our space somehow “DOUBLED” in size and went from us moving it to storage in ONE Uhaul truck is somehow now 2!!! Effin thieves is what this company is all about.

USCancelled on me the day before Cancelled on me the day before my scheduled OUT-OF-STATE move and made excuses about why. On Monday I received a call from customer service verifying my move window dates Tues through Thursday (I have a flight Saturday morning). Tuesday I receive another call telling me they scheduled my move for Thursday and would receive a call the day before for a pick up window. Wednesday I get a call saying they can't get a carrier who accepts credit card payments, so I offered an alternative payment method. When I did they couldn't find someone until the following week and had already refunded me 100% of my deposit. Therefore they KNEW ahead of time t couldn't get a carrier to move me. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
