They quoted me $5K and on the pick up… They quoted me $5K and on the pick up day they said it was going to be $10K! They used unethical sales tactics.

Do not believe these five star reviews it is a total SCAM!!!!I too did my due diligence, reading reviews etc. I lost so much $$$ additionally they left my things in a parking lot when I told them I had 3 broken toes. This company is a scam. Most of the reviews are 4 or 1-star ratings. This company is a scam and so are the 4-star ratings. They never delivered our furniture. We’re looking at legal actions.

HUGE SCAM HUGE SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. they overcharged us by over 200 cubic feet and have done NOTHING to rectify the situation. The contractors they hired are refunding the amount but where is True Blues accountability here? Disgusting. Do not trust this company at all.

Had 2 moves simultaneously on the same… Had 2 moves simultaneously on the same day. Both went horrible. When the driver showed up to drop off delivery to first location they forgot to strap in the boxes so they were all over the back of the truck spread out every which way. Of course the only boxes that didn’t make it somehow to my house was the ones with expensive electronics like PS5, Apple TV, laptop etc. I went against my gut on that one and regret it. I ended up with other peoples random boxes which I’d help return to them but unfortunately no one can tell me whose they may be. Do not use them for moving please. There’s so much more but if those things don’t make you run nothing will.
