Horrible… avoid like the bubonic… Horrible… avoid like the bubonic plague! Terrible customer service. Belongings broken or lost… SERIOUSLY…. How does this even happen. Price doubled and then some… 3 weeks later, when the truck FINALLY ARRIVES … my daughters clothes… GONE…furniture broken…. once again… how does this even happen !!! Find another company… whatever you do, don’t use this company

Obvious Scammers Scammers, used bot reviews, all they do is steal money from people. This is a obvious scam and I’m surprised that people actually try to move with these scammers. Ngl tho their phone service employees kinda nice tho they do a good job of scamming I guess 💀💀 too bad we taking em to court 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

RUN!!! Shady Liars!!! I couldn't review any of my docs or estimate the day after I signed. I was told I was required to put down 50% of our move estimate and I'm now that I want a refund I am just finding out only 15% was required. I was told they would work with me because we had just spent most of our money during a 21 day ICU stay in the hospital because my husband had a brain tumor removed. They took advantage of us and would not issue a refund.

Amazing company to work with We have opposite work schedules, which made it a lot more difficult for us to be able to move all of our belongings at once or to even help each other for that matter. We'd lost hope all together until a friend referred us to American Long Distance Moving and Storage. Not only did they help us move all of our stuff in half the time, but their services were also affordable, and easy to fit into our busy lives. It made a gruesome process a whole lot less of a hassle. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

Please stay away from this scam We experienced a typical bait-and switch scenario. The price was more than tripled ($2600 to $8700) from the initial quote and services were delayed and storage was not rendered. Items were damaged and one item is missing. No answer back as of today. Plus additional cost of $275 we had to pay to our home buyers to extend our stay for the delay.
