GBColeman packers in Texas were the… Coleman packers in Texas were the worst! Many personal items that can never be replaced were damaged completely. And all I get is their 'claims' people with Eagle Services telling me to send pictures and the woman in the claims department says she can't open the attachments or the zip files????

GBAVOID AT ALL COSTS Where to start, they packed nice glassware (obviously not cheap stuff) inside one another without anything to separate it. Glasses broke. At least one entire box has disappeared that contained over half a dozen cast iron skillets. The fridge, looked like Wolverine tried to take a swipe at it and now the ice maker won't work. The best part, the incompetent thieves they have to deal with the damage, said the ice maker won't stay cold enough because the seal on the freezer part shows wear....they didn't even check a single electronic component. I've moved close to 10 times all over this country and this was by far the worst experience ever. This was the one and only time I'll ever use this garbage company.

GBMoved my elderly parents from Georgia… Moved my elderly parents from Georgia to Florida. They had a driveway with narrow turning access. The rep came out and assured them that a straight truck would be needed due to the nature of the neighborhood and their driveway. They explained that there would not be a problem entering their property with that particular truck. HOWEVER, on the morning of the move, a large tractor trailer showed up. We explained that they told us a straight truck would be sent. We were told they would try to call and get the correct truck. The truck was unavailable. We were then told they would have to send a U-Haul truck and make trips back-and-forth between the incorrect tractor trailer they sent and my parents’ house. We were also told there would be numerous charges added to the bill at that time. My elderly parents were standing in their driveway with all of their belongings packed and ready to go. There was no way to change what was happening. We were also told to call and explain what had happened to the area supervisor. Upon making that phone call, we were told it was not their fault and we would have to pay the extra $1000. Basically, you signed the contract- so pay. It is clearly written on the contract that we have that a straight truck was to be sent, but they continue to badger my father over the extra money and have even threatened him with legal action. It saddens me that a business such as this is allowed to lie and bully its customers. Beware of extra charges, and pack your valuables yourself. Many items were broken in the move. We had used them prior to this, but will not use them in our upcoming move.

GBComplete Failure To Take Responsibility For Their Actions Like the prior reviewer if I could give zero stars I would. They lost things that cannot be replaced - literally lost them - and worse, have failed to take action to find them. These things have very significant value to us, but with regard to some of them little or no value to others. A chair that belongs to someone else was dropped off at our house. We told them, but they did nothing to get it and deliver it to its owner. They obviously do not even care Dumping us off on a separate company (essentially an insurance company) and telling us to file a claim does no good. The insurance company does not communicate, and it will not make any effort to locate our things. This company's abject failure to even attempt to remedy it's mistakes has made this a terrible experience. STAY AWAY.

GBMy home in Texas was water damaged due… My home in Texas was water damaged due to the freeze in February, Therefore, I had to place most of my furniture n storage. I called Coleman and they sent Rick Chase, who actually came to my residence, to survey my items carefully and give me a guaranteed price and time. He was on time and focused on my situation. The movers were polite and professional when they moved my furniture to and from Public Storage.
