GBColeman Allied is the worst moving company If you care about your belongings, do not choose Coleman Allied. I moved from Texas to Iowa. The move cost was about $16,000. The company lost my favorite couch, damaged all my furniture, lost shelves, ruined a China cabinet, lost parts of my grill and patio furniture, destroyed a bed, and dragged one of my mattresses through mud. Oh!!! they also delivered legs of a piece of furniture that is not mine (likely a sofa), so another poor customer may have a sofa without legs!!!! In response to my detailed claim report, which included pictures and descriptions, the company offered $1100, which does not even cover the mattress. It was the worst experience I had with movers in my whole life. They deserve zero stars.

GBColeman is another word for nightmare Value I only wish there was a zero star rating. The salesman talked real sweet game and told me that he’d be with us throughout the move. We moved across country and had a guaranteed rate. All of the sudden the weight of our shipment increased by 2000 pounds. Considering we had already sold our couch, king size bed, all the bedroom furniture, the dining room, and more things there is no way we increased but they demanded another $2000 or they would not deliver our items. they packed in such a way that we have more broken things than we have ever had and all the years we’ve been moving for business purposes. When you open the box and find no white paper to wrap your breakables, you just cry before you even get any further. We paid for unpacking service , and when the driver arrived, he had absolutely no idea that we had paid for a full unpack, and we have had to wait a full week for them to get people out to unpack. We were supposed to have a total of eight boxes that were for closing, and we got two, all of our clothes were taken off hangers, and the hangers placed on top of the clothes in the top of the box just loose laying around. fortunately we had furnished our new home prior to arrival or we would not have had anything that we could use to live. When we unpacked one box that had been in the truck, the driver brought it off, soaking wet, leaking chemicals, the people that Coleman hired to pack us packed chemicals from under the sink that they were told not to pack, and the chemicals exploded in the truck and on top of that , we had food in the same box rocket science tells me you don’t mix under the sink items with food. The driver said he picked up the load from the warehouse floor. We had been told it was going right onto a moving truck that it was being shuttle from our home to an 18 wheeler that also turned out to be a lie . Our items sat in a warehouse for seven days. So if you want a really eventful move one where nothing is packed correctly and the service is below one star then call Coleman Allied if you expect service quality guarantee and professionalism call anybody but them I’m sure U-Haul could’ve done better .

GBUnethical and Unprofessional Driver was unprofessional, unethical, and didn't follow company protocol. Many items are missing/stolen or broken and company will take little responsibility or accountability. Buyers beware!!

GBMy home in Texas was water damaged due… My home in Texas was water damaged due to the freeze in February, Therefore, I had to place most of my furniture n storage. I called Coleman and they sent Rick Chase, who actually came to my residence, to survey my items carefully and give me a guaranteed price and time. He was on time and focused on my situation. The movers were polite and professional when they moved my furniture to and from Public Storage.

CAThe worst experience of my life The worst experience of my life. I have moved from Alberta to Houston Tx with no issues and from Houston to Midland Tx with no issues. My adventure started with ever incompetent Jeff Newman and Kayla Costelloe. After failing to contact me to inform what date my goods would require me to meet at customs. I was hit with an additional $5k usd charge to unload in Edmonton and then move to Grande Prairie AB. Keep in my mind i had already paid over $17k usd to move from Midland Tx to Grande Prairie AB. at this point they had my goods hostage and threatened to charge outrageous storage fees until i paid the additional $5k moving fee. When my goods finally arrived in Grande Prairie I actually had to help unload the truck as they didn't bring enough staff to perform the job. Then to top all of this off, I pointed out that one of items had been damaged to the driver. He failed to inform me that I needed to note that on the deliver sheet so now they are refusing my claim. In addition to the driver I emailed Kayla during the delivery to inform her that I had a damaged item and she too failed to inform me to mark it on delivery sheet but provided a claims form. I am still being denied any reimbursement, due to complete incompetence of the Coleman/Allied staff. Go somewhere else for your move. -2 star is possible.
