GBIf I could give this move NO stars I… If I could give this move NO stars I would. I specifically requested that packing be done by the company and bought full value replacement insurance as well. They left a metal ramp on my grass and burned my yard, they packed a priceless venetian glass piece of art by wrapping it in a bath towel and throwing it in the top of a dish barrel that arrived visibly creased/dented/torn at the destination. They used a good fur coat to pad a box of china. The art they packed arrived in a box that was slashed on the side (as was the backing of the art) and the frame was broken. Multiple pieces of crystal and china were broken. The delivery truck was lost for over a week. The insurance company was a nightmare to deal with and decided they would not reimburse me for most of the items that were broken because I dared to glue the one big piece of the art glass back to the statue. The adjuster was a witch and very passive aggressive. I have moved 50 times and NEVER had an experience like this one.

Hats off to the professionalism, care and respect shown their belonging and furniture, courtesy shown all of us during the entire experience! Made this ol’military mom proud!

GBMoved my elderly parents from Georgia… Moved my elderly parents from Georgia to Florida. They had a driveway with narrow turning access. The rep came out and assured them that a straight truck would be needed due to the nature of the neighborhood and their driveway. They explained that there would not be a problem entering their property with that particular truck. HOWEVER, on the morning of the move, a large tractor trailer showed up. We explained that they told us a straight truck would be sent. We were told they would try to call and get the correct truck. The truck was unavailable. We were then told they would have to send a U-Haul truck and make trips back-and-forth between the incorrect tractor trailer they sent and my parents’ house. We were also told there would be numerous charges added to the bill at that time. My elderly parents were standing in their driveway with all of their belongings packed and ready to go. There was no way to change what was happening. We were also told to call and explain what had happened to the area supervisor. Upon making that phone call, we were told it was not their fault and we would have to pay the extra $1000. Basically, you signed the contract- so pay. It is clearly written on the contract that we have that a straight truck was to be sent, but they continue to badger my father over the extra money and have even threatened him with legal action. It saddens me that a business such as this is allowed to lie and bully its customers. Beware of extra charges, and pack your valuables yourself. Many items were broken in the move. We had used them prior to this, but will not use them in our upcoming move.

GBWorst experience in my life Worst experience in my life. These guys moved me from Atlanta to Florida. Promised it would be seamless. They caused what over $40,000 in damage to my furniture. I had insurance and then they offered me $13,000 as a settlement. We went with them because we had expensive furniture and they sold us on a white glove service. It was total BS. Do not trust Jason Hakim.

GBTerrible experience with Coleman… Terrible experience with Coleman Worldwide Moving. Hired them for an interstate move and their delivery was made 7 days later than the last date of their 10 day confirmed delivery window. They lost multiple items from my shipment. The missing items were noted as such on the delivery paperwork with the driver. Filed a claim for their replacement which they said would take 6-8 weeks to process. Then they denied the claim saying the items weren't noted on the delivery paperwork even though I have photographs of that paperwork showing that I did call out the missing items. Find someone else or rent a U-Haul before you go with this company.
