Given up with WD Hopeless on another level. As mentioned previously on the many messages WD ship to UK from Holland using UPS. According to my tracking number the item never left Holland, apparently due to BREXIT, well what a convenient excuse. I have had other items from Europe without issues and via different couriers. So again I am left having to resolve this. I won't be using WD again. In my case they just don't deliver despite what their Web site says.

I wanted to exchange a defect… I wanted to exchange a defect harddrive, I am waiting for a replacement since 4 months now, customer service is really bad as they told me they will send a replacement and keep on asking me for adresses, alternative adresses, which I provide, and then they again ask the same things.. Then after letting me know, they will send it soon, they found out, they dont have the model, of the harddrive, now again the adress-asking-process startet again,... not sure if I am talking to ChatBots or humans, but what i know now is: never ever again WD products!!!

Just purchased WD Passport Ultra and… Just purchased WD Passport Ultra and discovered there is no UK telephone support. The only number provided is a premium rate 00800 number. If I try to use live chat, after going through various clicks, confirmation of model, personal details, typing out the query etc etc etc.... only to discover their chat support is closed and only operates US hours and is only for US customers! Boxed and returned to Amazon !! Waste of time!

I bought a WD Passport maybe 3-4 years… I bought a WD Passport maybe 3-4 years back, just to have it as my backup for my MacBook Pro. Now I get the message that the model I discontinued and that there is no way to update it to my current operative system. What am I supposed to do with a hard drive that only works for 3-4 years? You really suck WD, wish I could give you -5 stars!

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service, My Cloud broke right after warranty period finished🙄 coincidence? Refused to extend my warranty and couldn't offer any solution except suggesting to buy a new My cloud device. Warranty was less than a year (only 6 moths) is that even legal? Oh, whatever...just stay away from this company and help others by warning them. Unless of course you don't care how safe your data is.
