Consumer beware Consumer beware! This company is unfathomably unprofessional. Save your money and hire someone else. They are not a moving company, they are a moving broker that is making money for being a middle man. When their assistance is needed during a job they set up, you will be ghosted. Left to fend for yourself paying extra to make things happen and possible when your on site and they aren't. They may ignore any means of communication. Never mind if and when the names and threats start when you finally reach them. Please use the neighbors kids or something, anyone else really.

It was a complex multi-state move that required significant problem solving to find the right schedule and solution (2 trucks!). Bradley worked tirelessly to find and then fine-tune the solution to protect several brand new and expensive pieces of furniture. During the move Bradley sent countless messages about what was going to happen next. He also made sure the moving team and the drivers were well coordinated. The moving teams on either end of the move were extraordinarily courteous, and very careful to avoid damaging the items moved and house structures, alike. In the end, one item received damage during the move, as sometimes happens. Relocation Nation followed through to help me properly service the claim. I would definitely hire them again for moves in the future.

Fake Promises to get you locked I was shopping for moving services and I spoke with the salesperson Theodore on Jan 30th who offered me ~$2300 after the same day booking discount. He said I can cancel this booking(I paid 50% advance) anytime since my tentative move is on May and he will also do a price match if I find someone else who quotes cheaper than this. I trusted him and put my credit card on file and I signed the documents which had a 48 hour refund policy which I didn't notice. I tried to cancel this move on April and I was told that Sales agent left the company and they cannot refund the money I paid. Whatever promises they made over phone is not honored. This is such a malpractice to give Customers wrong promises over phone and take the money.
