Stay Away from this Company!!!!!! They will contract a small unprofessional company like "WE pack Valines" that company is arrogant and rude. They will charge you almost double upon arrival , or threaten to cancel your delivery .They lost and broke half of my stuff. After contacting them via Email , I received a call from Mr.Anthony, explained the situation and was suppose to hear back from him. Never called back. We are gonna file a law suit.

Horrible and costly service Horrible and costly service. It’s less expensive to go replace your items than pay for this company. They subcontract out your shipment. They way over calculate the cubic footage, then when they picked up I had to sign that I would pay $600 in cash when they delivered. When it came here they had changed it to $700 and said I agreed to it. Then they wanted another $200 just to put it in the house, not even up stairs. It was a total of 7 small pieces of furniture, three of which I, a 60 yo lady, could move by myself. Don’t waste your money with this horrible bunch of thieves!

A broker! Hires subs! Scams you for your deposit I'll keep it simple. Do you want to pay Southern $2000-$3000+ dollars ("deposit") to make a single phone call to an aggressive unprofessional sub contractor who will attempt to further scam you? Does that sound like a value? What an absolute joke of a company. They masqueraded as the actual mover at no time clarifying they are just a broker. Unprofessional outsourced call center who are unable to actually provide info. Outright lied about things like stairs (cost) and timing for delivery (days not weeks). Don't use this company at all. Just call an actual mover directly and read reviews. I did neither of those things and am paying for it.

CROOKS CROOKS! I was given a ‘binding estimate’ but at pick up they tried to double the price. Nothing that I was told during the estimate call was true. After calling over and over, I finally got someone to answer the phone. The customer service person, Sam, became very aggressive when I pointed out everything that I had been lied to about. She tried to use the ‘non refundable’ deposit as leverage to force us to let them move our things at the new higher price.
