GBAWFUL EXPERIENCE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Had a move scheduled for today and everything possible went wrong. Was initially quoted 2300 dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment move agreed to this several months ago. Quality assurance called the week before the move and recommended adding a little extra space bringing the total to 3000. Agreed to this to be safe. Day of the move twas scheduled for a specific time of 11-3 and the movers did not show. Eventually they called and quoted me 1000 above the the 3000 quoted earlier last week. Had to cancel because the rate became to high and get none of my deposit back. Completely scammed DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

GBHorrible horrible experience Horrible horrible experience, this company is a bunch of crooks they take your deposit with out even showing up then add on to your balance ( BEWARE , they won't refund my money..scam scam scam and make sure you read the fine print at the end of your contract ..everything was itemized on the phone then when they called there was only a few boxes on there recipe and no furniture was listed BEWARE

GBCROOKS CROOKS! I was given a ‘binding estimate’ but at pick up they tried to double the price. Nothing that I was told during the estimate call was true. After calling over and over, I finally got someone to answer the phone. The customer service person, Sam, became very aggressive when I pointed out everything that I had been lied to about. She tried to use the ‘non refundable’ deposit as leverage to force us to let them move our things at the new higher price.

GBDelayed shipping by 30 days Delayed shipping by 30 days, Team was always creative with reasons like a todler came up with all the possible reasons about business days, having patience to wait for 2 months long once the shipping is scheduled. These are all scamsters trying to lock your luggage with them in warehouse and demand money. My luggage was missing 1 box and tv stand glass was not delivered. Customer care is awful., if you want to put your anxiety to test these people does it best.
