Guys were great Guys were great. Movers worked hard and made sure to keep the house clean for the new owners. Everything except for an ikea bed side table made it unscathed. Ben Mallard my moving coordinator was very honest and matter of fact and I appreciated that. Would recommend anytime

A broker! Hires subs! Scams you for your deposit I'll keep it simple. Do you want to pay Southern $2000-$3000+ dollars ("deposit") to make a single phone call to an aggressive unprofessional sub contractor who will attempt to further scam you? Does that sound like a value? What an absolute joke of a company. They masqueraded as the actual mover at no time clarifying they are just a broker. Unprofessional outsourced call center who are unable to actually provide info. Outright lied about things like stairs (cost) and timing for delivery (days not weeks). Don't use this company at all. Just call an actual mover directly and read reviews. I did neither of those things and am paying for it.

Worse than a scam Worse than a scam. A scam at least wouldn't leave your stuff in an unknown location and completely ghost you. Garbage service. Took advantage of my elderly parents-in-law, arrived several days late to load, demanded $2000 more than the estimate, and their belongings have not arrived at the new location after more than a week. They will not return any attempts to contact. Absolute trash service. I hope they get sued and lose and are forced to dissolve as a company.

Stay Away from this Company!!!!!! They will contract a small unprofessional company like "WE pack Valines" that company is arrogant and rude. They will charge you almost double upon arrival , or threaten to cancel your delivery .They lost and broke half of my stuff. After contacting them via Email , I received a call from Mr.Anthony, explained the situation and was suppose to hear back from him. Never called back. We are gonna file a law suit.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE The broker was very persuasive. Told me they were insured and gave me a decent price quote. About a week before the move, they tried to double my price. The moving company they subcontracted was hideous. There was damage to my stuff because of a wreck and one email I got back from them in all caps basically read that it was not their problem. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Contact a reputable moving company and skip the broker. It is a definite ripoff.
