I have been a loyal customer for over a… I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I have renewed my subscription and will continue to renew it. Pestie really works! I have had other pest control services and Pestie's results and price surpassed every company I had used. I also encountered a problem that was resolved by Pestie very professionally and the response was prompt.

We had a lot of spiders in our new construction This past Spring (2023) we had a lot of spiders and other crawling insects in our new construction home in the Dallas area, but I didn't want to spray inside. At a previous home I had had success with barrier spray systems administered by very expensive professional pest control companies so I thought I'd try to DIY approach with Pestie. Within two weeks of administering our first round of Pestie our spider problem stopped and we haven't seen spiders or bugs inside since. I just adminsitered our first reapplication and it took all of 20 minutes to mix, spray and clean up. I'm very pleased with the product, the service and the communication from Pestie and would highly recommend it.

I rarely leave reviews...BUT give it a try I rarely leave reviews, but just had to....it works. Overall expereince was amazing. Shipping was fast and appilcation was easy. I've always had someone to come out and spray and have always felt like I'm throwning money out the window. But not anymore, we immediately saw a difference, especially in my bathroom where every summer these tiny mites lived on the window. After my husband sprayed they were all gone. We are still see spinders, but hopefully this can contain those too.

Two shipments ago... Two shipments ago, I sprayed the outside of my home. And, for the first and only time... I sprayed the interior perimeter of the garage. I'd forgotten about doing so, until this month. That's when I started noticing the amount of dead crickets along the interior walls of the garage. Crickets that made their way past the sticky boards. I'm so impressed! Pestie really does work well!

Ineffective. Cancel process a nightmare! I tried Pestie for one year (4 shipments). Spraying had absolutely no effect on spiders. Had cobwebs galore - even inside my cupboards. I recently moved to another state and requested my subscription be cancelled prior to the 1st shipment of my second year. I received my cancellation confirmation BEFORE the item was shipped. Yet, per email communication with Pestie support 4 days later, the cancellation was not reflected on my account because the cancellation was done via the customer portal. In the meantime, Pestie went ahead and shipped the item. Now they are saying they will only give me a pro-rated refund. I have to return the shipment in order to receive the full refund. How can I return the shipment when I no longer live at the same address, much less in the same state?? If you end up wanting to cancel your subscription, be prepared for a headache. It is not a simple process. There seems to be a disconnect between what is done on the customer portal and how it actually reflects on your account. I am currently disputing the annual subscription charge through my credit card company. Sorry, but I cannot recommend Pestie.
