Great service and... it works! I had to email customer service a few times to get the right solution for my situation. They were prompt in responding, very helpful and super knowledgeable. From experience, this is definitely a company I can trust so far. The product also works! It took awhile but now I've found that the solution is super effective!

Very Satisfied It didn’t take long for the product to be working. And only once we had to call to get an additional application kit bc there were a few insects appeared. Customer service was very responsive and immediately sent out a new kit at no charge, issue solved! We have shared our experience with others and plan to continue to use this outstanding company!

Pest control system made easy My first experience with a subscription pest control solution. Having someone come do it is pretty expensive. I have tried buying my own but then I'm not sure if I'm using the right thing or the scheduling. This method keeps me on track an it's simple to apply. When I still had some little ants showing up, customer service helped me quickly and sent another application. All seems to be well now. Although we don't have pets at home, we feel comfortable with this being safe around our new grandbaby. I'm looking forward to my next application and keeping bugs and spiders at bay!
