GBGood service but I won't buy again Good customer service but I won't buy again. The sprayer is just too fast. The instructions say a little goes a long way but I couldn't put down a little if my life depended it on. Literally running while spraying and still ran out before finishing the exterior of my house. They kindly sent another for free which I appreciate but it was barely enough to finish the outside and spray the external-facing walls inside. I WISH I could spray less, especially inside, but the high flow rate makes that impossible. The sprayer also drips when turned off unless you point it directly upright. This make spraying inside harder without dripping everywhere.

GBSkepticism GONE! Love me some Pestie! I was a bit skeptical that a little bottle of pesticide mixed with a lot of water in their small bag with a battery power sprayer would actually work as well as a professional service, BUT boy was I wrong in being skeptical. The Pestie product works fantastic. We had issues with ants and spiders mainly, and after one treatment they were honestly 100% gone. Seemingly eradicated. About 3 months or so later, we started noticing them ever so slowly making their way back into our home, and presto, a new shipment of Pestie arrives and I used it right away, and viola~, those little buggers are all gone again. I'm ecstatically happy about this product!

GBIneffective. Cancel process a nightmare! I tried Pestie for one year (4 shipments). Spraying had absolutely no effect on spiders. Had cobwebs galore - even inside my cupboards. I recently moved to another state and requested my subscription be cancelled prior to the 1st shipment of my second year. I received my cancellation confirmation BEFORE the item was shipped. Yet, per email communication with Pestie support 4 days later, the cancellation was not reflected on my account because the cancellation was done via the customer portal. In the meantime, Pestie went ahead and shipped the item. Now they are saying they will only give me a pro-rated refund. I have to return the shipment in order to receive the full refund. How can I return the shipment when I no longer live at the same address, much less in the same state?? If you end up wanting to cancel your subscription, be prepared for a headache. It is not a simple process. There seems to be a disconnect between what is done on the customer portal and how it actually reflects on your account. I am currently disputing the annual subscription charge through my credit card company. Sorry, but I cannot recommend Pestie.

GBHorrible!!!! Dont be decieve by pestie!!! It doesnt work at all!!!! Trying to get my refund is a nightmare!!! Horrible company!!! You cant even put a review on the company itself!!!!
