Horrible!!!! Dont be decieve by pestie!!! It doesnt work at all!!!! Trying to get my refund is a nightmare!!! Horrible company!!! You cant even put a review on the company itself!!!!

Ineffective. Cancel process a nightmare! I tried Pestie for one year (4 shipments). Spraying had absolutely no effect on spiders. Had cobwebs galore - even inside my cupboards. I recently moved to another state and requested my subscription be cancelled prior to the 1st shipment of my second year. I received my cancellation confirmation BEFORE the item was shipped. Yet, per email communication with Pestie support 4 days later, the cancellation was not reflected on my account because the cancellation was done via the customer portal. In the meantime, Pestie went ahead and shipped the item. Now they are saying they will only give me a pro-rated refund. I have to return the shipment in order to receive the full refund. How can I return the shipment when I no longer live at the same address, much less in the same state?? If you end up wanting to cancel your subscription, be prepared for a headache. It is not a simple process. There seems to be a disconnect between what is done on the customer portal and how it actually reflects on your account. I am currently disputing the annual subscription charge through my credit card company. Sorry, but I cannot recommend Pestie.

Skepticism GONE! Love me some Pestie! I was a bit skeptical that a little bottle of pesticide mixed with a lot of water in their small bag with a battery power sprayer would actually work as well as a professional service, BUT boy was I wrong in being skeptical. The Pestie product works fantastic. We had issues with ants and spiders mainly, and after one treatment they were honestly 100% gone. Seemingly eradicated. About 3 months or so later, we started noticing them ever so slowly making their way back into our home, and presto, a new shipment of Pestie arrives and I used it right away, and viola~, those little buggers are all gone again. I'm ecstatically happy about this product!

Great customer service & product Pestie has always had the best customer service. Recently our first sprayer died (after two years of having it) and they quickly replaced it and sent us a new kit at no additional charge. And their product works great! We had a new baby and slacked on spraying on time. We definitely noticed a difference from when we did spray their kits on time. Thank you for the great product and fantastic customer service.

Goodbye Roaches! We had a pretty serious roach problem after moving into our rental property. The roaches were in our crawl space, attic, and in almost every room of the house. We had minor success with roach bait and traps, but I decided to give Pestie a try because I was so grossed out seeing a random roach crawl through the kitchen (despite keeping everything clean and tidy). I am amazed and so thankful I went with Pestie. Got rid of ALL the roaches big and small in a matter of days and has kept them away! If we ever see a roach, it’s rare and it’s either dead or dying. Thank you Pestie for making us feel more comfortable in our home!
