Before I place a large order with a company I always do a couple of test orders to see how they do. This company was a total fail on both orders I placed. They advertise 2-5 day shipping, but apparently that didn't apply to me as I had to wait almost two weeks before the items were even sent. And that was after several phone calls inquiring about my order. This happened on both test orders we placed. The company also advertises they are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but apparently that is a lie too. So after two failed orders this company has proven themselves to be incompetent in fulfilling our needs.
