Good customer service I needed a product quickly, and they worked with me to get it on time. I was able to talk to with a real person--something difficult to do with most companies. The product was perfect as well. I would definitely order from this company again.

Easy to order It is very easy to order the product that you are looking for. The only problem I had was that I was not receiving the correct information when I placed my order so I could track when it was going to be delivered to my home. So I could make sure someone was there to receive it.

very bad customer service Placed an order 9-17-15; my card was charged 9-18-15. Paid $15 for three day shipping. It is now one week and one day and no product. Called customer service 9-24-15, and was told they would check shipment and call me. I have now left two voice mails and sent one email. Cannot get a live person on the phone and no return call or email.
