GBWonderful people who run this business I have ordered from the company for about 2 years now, and the customer service is fast and easy, theyre able to answer your question right then and there, they don't have to transfer you all the time just to answer one question. They know the products very well and shipping is free and quick.. I will definitely continue to order from this website, and I would totally recommend it to anyone of my friends.

GBBad service, Shipping Problems, Business Owner Does not Care I'm an owner of a small pest control business and I ordered quite a bit from this company. Recently there were many issues happening with my orders. From not providing the right quantity to stating order was shipped although product was not even in stock. I expected an order in on a particular day based an email stating it was shipped, but received no communication to the contrary, so I had to call Epestsolutions and they said it was not even in stock. Called and spoke to owner after several calls and an email and she could care less. She gave me reasons why she hadn't responded to my calls or email but but didn't offer a good explanation about the shipping issue until I pressed and further didn't offer to give a discount or do anything to try to save me as a customer until I pressed the issue and the offer was not good. I will not be doing business with this company anymore.

GBconsciencious service one of my nieghbors (I think) took it off of my front porch because of the squall we were having at the moment of delivery that morning. Then I think he thoought it was possibly medical pot, he took it. After Ihad the cops ask if he took it in cause of the weather, he said no, and left 45 minutes later for 20 minutes or so when he ditched it somewhere. When I finally found the answaer to be that I would have to contact the sender, it was a piece of cake after I contacted E-pest solutions. They were nice to me on the phone, and had another two rolls of stuff-it out to me in no time. My customer was understanding, and I was able to still do the application before the weather got too cold. It just seemed like a good karma expierence for me, and that does not allways happen. The initial ordering was easy to read, and do too. Thanks.

GBDon't Buy From Them! You Will Be Sorry! I own a local pest control company and I'm always looking for good companies to work with. Before I place a large order with a company I always do a couple of test orders to see how they do. This company was a total fail on both orders I placed. They advertise 2-5 day shipping, but apparently that didn't apply to me as I had to wait almost two weeks before the items were even sent. And that was after several phone calls inquiring about my order. This happened on both test orders we placed. The company also advertises they are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but apparently that is a lie too. So after two failed orders this company has proven themselves to be incompetent in fulfilling our needs.
