USAwful Customer Service I placed my order the beginning of May. they called a week later and said something I ordered was out of stock, but they could replace it with a similar product. OK. No problem. It is now nearly the middle of June and despite multiple calls and messages I have still not received my products or even received communication of any kind (they always promise to fix it and then I have to call again a week later). I sure have been charged however. Just an awful experience all the way around.

USGood customer service I needed a product quickly, and they worked with me to get it on time. I was able to talk to with a real person--something difficult to do with most companies. The product was perfect as well. I would definitely order from this company again.

USvery bad customer service Placed an order 9-17-15; my card was charged 9-18-15. Paid $15 for three day shipping. It is now one week and one day and no product. Called customer service 9-24-15, and was told they would check shipment and call me. I have now left two voice mails and sent one email. Cannot get a live person on the phone and no return call or email.
