Wonderful people who run this business I have ordered from the company for about 2 years now, and the customer service is fast and easy, theyre able to answer your question right then and there, they don't have to transfer you all the time just to answer one question. They know the products very well and shipping is free and quick.. I will definitely continue to order from this website, and I would totally recommend it to anyone of my friends.

Worst..... Dont do it, just dont.... Pay for expedited shipping. Ordered November 2, it is now November 16, still hasnt left their facility. Call them, they act like Im crazy for asking when I will get my product....

Don't Buy From Them! You Will Be Sorry! I own a local pest control company and I'm always looking for good companies to work with. Before I place a large order with a company I always do a couple of test orders to see how they do. This company was a total fail on both orders I placed. They advertise 2-5 day shipping, but apparently that didn't apply to me as I had to wait almost two weeks before the items were even sent. And that was after several phone calls inquiring about my order. This happened on both test orders we placed. The company also advertises they are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, but apparently that is a lie too. So after two failed orders this company has proven themselves to be incompetent in fulfilling our needs.

very bad customer service Placed an order 9-17-15; my card was charged 9-18-15. Paid $15 for three day shipping. It is now one week and one day and no product. Called customer service 9-24-15, and was told they would check shipment and call me. I have now left two voice mails and sent one email. Cannot get a live person on the phone and no return call or email.

Prompt Service & Reliable Products I have ordered from E pest solutions 4 times over the past 3 years for products to use at our lake house and they have always been delivered promptly as ordered. I've used Demand CS for spiders and scorpions and it does a great job. Of course you must reapply but it definitely does the job. I will continue to use E-Pest Solutions as they continue to have very competitive prices.
