GBTerrible customer service I had trouble finding out what amount I was being billed for quarterly service and finally discovered that I was paying almost 400$ for a single visit since I don't usually call between quarterly visits. The only way to get an accounting was to spend an afternoon on the phone waiting for information. Their so called "receipts" had no dollar amounts. When I tried to cancel, I was disconnected on one call and argued with on another call. Unbelievably unprofessional.

GBHorrible Billing, silly customer service I received a call from a collection agency. When I called them, I discovered that JCEhrlich has been sending my quarterly invoices to an incorrect address (254 Wisner Avenue in Middletown, NY) rather than to the correct address: I also discovered that the payment was $463.94 to cover an overdue balance of $356.88. I made the payment at the collection agency yet no one in your customer service organization would speak with me about my account. I wanted to correct the billing address and set up autopay. I was told, "I am sorry, until the bill is paid, no one can touch your account." I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that it will be up to 48 hours until I speak with anyone. I asked for an email address to forward the proof of payment and was told that they were not allowed to provide email addresses. I asked about an info@ address and your rep reiterated that she was not allowed to provide an email. I found it at TrustPilot. I have managed customer service organizations and solved sill problems. Hopefully someone in management can change the ridiculous policy. So annoying and such a waste of time.

GBRun away from J.C. Ehrlich J.C. Ehrlich sucks. Run as fast as you can away from J.C. Ehrlich. We have had nothing but trouble with them. They promise all sorts of things on the phone and almost never follow up. Here is a short list of the problems I have had with them: 1. I have had three appointments set and nobody shows. 2. Twice a manager was suppose to call me back based on my frustrations dealing with them and neither time did they call. 3. They fought me on the scope of the agreement and refused to honor what we understood the scope to be - only for us to dig up an email from their employee clearly spelling out the scope. 4. Last time I called for service (because we still have a terrible termite problem) I was ccd on the email sent to the local team. They did not notice that I was ccd and proceeded to insult me in the email thread! AND after that they have refused to call us or take care of the problem or anything. Also, if you check reviews of employees for them you will see that the employees hate working there. Run away from J.C. Ehrlich!

GBThey offered me a “free” service of an… They offered me a “free” service of an annual inspection of my home and on the day of the service I called to confirm my appointment and two hours after the appointment time no one had shown up. When I called to follow up I was told the technician was told to cancel my appointment but did not have the curtesy to contact me and tell me. I had been a customer for 3 years and received an email an hour later stating I had been terminated as a customer with no reason given. They also took it upon themselves to take money directly from my account without authorization, they used an old debt card on file I hadn’t used to pay in two years!! Terrible customer service and communication
