GBAwesome customer service skills - not very informative I wasn't clearly informed on how the whole process works, before I paid for the service. I got a call the morning of for the trap checker to come out. I had no heads-up on this. I've never done this before so I had no idea what to expect. I had to leave work early that day to let him in. I didn't know that there were only 3 "trap checking" days per week, that they do not come out on weekends (unless you pay extra for an emergency visit), that they tell you when they're coming (the morning of) instead of you telling them what time is good for you. I work, just like many people, a regular 9 to 5 job. The trap checker could only come out until 4:30 (I wasn't informed of this). The times were extremely inconvenient. I could not take off early 3 times a week. I had to ask family members to assist with this and unfortunately had to inconvenience them. If I knew of this from the beginning, I probably wouldn't have went with this company or at least did more research on other companies. I did not know that there are typically only 6 day trap checks. I also didn't know that they just stop coming if they don't find anything on the last trap check. I had to call to find out what happened to my guy as he said he was coming back but never showed up. That is when they kindly informed me about this. I had to get insulation put in. They scheduled an appointment with me a few weeks in advance, which was great but there was no courtesy call, the day before, to remind me that they were coming out the next day. I had it on my calendar but I know some people, including myself, would appreciate a call the day before. I had a dead rat on a Friday and, unfortunately, the next "trap checking" day was Monday. The smell was unbearable and there was nothing that could be done unless I paid extra money for an emergency. That was really disappointing. After all of this, I have to say that the customer service was phenomenal! Every time that I had a question, they were there to answer. No matter how many times I called, they were very patient with explaining the process. The customer service agents, the trap-checker, and the insulation crew were all great, professional, and very polite. I would use this company again, but would like them to be a bit more informative on how the process works. I suggest that they think from the mind of a person that has never done this before and what they would like to happen on their first experience. Having rats in your house is a pretty bad experience, so I would recommend making the whole process as easy as possible. Thank you for getting the 6 rats out of my house!

GBNeeds improvement The work on sealing all entry points to my home was not completed to my satisfaction.. A couple of areas were missed. Workers used sealing compound color that does not match the paint color. They did not paint matching color over compound. They could have easily spray painted a matching color after the work was completed. I was disappointed with the overall detail on work for the amount charged.

GBGreat service, great staff and crew. These guys really know their business. Professional, courteous and friendly. Thomas has made a difficult situation a pleasant learning experience and Steve and his crew are thorough to the point of obsession. You can find someone cheaper but you can't find anyone better. Highly recommended.

GBCan provide better service We were moving to a new home and discovered that the attic was a habitant for a raccoon. I have contacted Critter Control that indeed confirmed potential presence of the animal. We were offered to trap the animal in 5 days and to seal the house. Before signing the contract I was told that capture is not guaranteed, but " we never had a case in which the animal was not captured". Unfortunately, after 5 days the trapping was not successful and the animal was not captured. The house was sealed very well but the raccoon that likely meanwhile escaped the attic now started to come and visit us almost daily in the garden and pool. I have contacted the company again stating that we see the animal every night and may be they should put cage with the trap again. The response was that I will need to pay again for doing that and again trapping is not guaranteed. Moreover, now we were told that they not always capture the animals. While the company has a good name countrywide, it is expensive and at least they should provide service at standard that corresponds to the price that they change. Moreover, if the animal is still on the property and was not captured, they should at least attempt to catch it without additional charge!
