Trust all of the negative reviews about… Trust all of the negative reviews about this company. The sales person Daniel Kalchik told us that we had "a severe" rat problem. We paid $2,900 to take care of it. He sold us on a supposed "disinfectant" package to help after the rats are gone. Well we had one mouse, and after the so called disinfection we still have the same smell in the attic. The company is a rip off. DO NOT trust them!

Thomas has made a difficult situation a pleasant learning experience and Steve and his crew are thorough to the point of obsession. You can find someone cheaper but you can't find anyone better.
