Needs improvement The work on sealing all entry points to my home was not completed to my satisfaction.. A couple of areas were missed. Workers used sealing compound color that does not match the paint color. They did not paint matching color over compound. They could have easily spray painted a matching color after the work was completed. I was disappointed with the overall detail on work for the amount charged.

Great service ... Very pleasant and professional people. Very pleased with people and service from day one with Andy and Steve through repair for animal proofing with Emerson and his colleague. Very professional people. We were kept up to date, on a daily basis, through the stages of pest removal and then the repair work. Repair work not completed because dry rot was found in wood. We now must have roofing people replace the bad wood and then Critter Control will finish their animal proofing.

The "trappers" lied about inspecting, they had no idea what the other "team" was supposed to do in terms of plugging up holes and disinfecting. So trappers "trapped" before holes were plugged and come to find out today- there are still gaping holes. I am extremely disappointed in this company - they took my money without doing the job

The Best in the Business Since I moved toFlorida full time 9 years ago, I have never met a company with more professionalism than Critter Control. The whole crew was courteous and immaculate, taking everything away with little dust remaining. My late husband who was in business in the north east for many years always always strove for perfection. His motto was "there can only be one best in the business". Happy Homeowner business".

Smelly Problem Critter Control came and saved the day! A opossum decided to make his home in our attic and didn't make it out alive. Noticing a very unpleasant smell we needed the help of a professional. I called Critter Control and they promptly sent a Wildlife Technician to remove the little house guest. Tom Dobrzanski was very polite and professional, and had our problem resolved very quickly. Hopefully we won't have this problem again, but if we do, we'll call Critter Control.
