GBTrust all of the negative reviews about… Trust all of the negative reviews about this company. The sales person Daniel Kalchik told us that we had "a severe" rat problem. We paid $2,900 to take care of it. He sold us on a supposed "disinfectant" package to help after the rats are gone. Well we had one mouse, and after the so called disinfection we still have the same smell in the attic. The company is a rip off. DO NOT trust them!

GBHighly recommend! I was hearing scratching in the attic, called Critter Control & scheduled an appointment for that same day. Loren inspected the attic & found evidence of rats along with several points of entry around the house. He set traps and scheduled the repairs to be done a few days later. Emerson & his crew (total of 5) came and sealed up every possible point of entry, took before & after pictures to show me and did a great job. Nick came and checked the traps 3 times a week until he was convinced that there were no more rats. Excellent company, always on time and a pleasure to work with.

GBUnwanted critter guests This is my second experience with Critter control in my 25 year history of living in south fla. They are truly dedicated and committed. Very dependable. Excellent follow through with plans. My only negative was a bit of communication issues with the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing and some confusion over projections and some unnecessary duplication of efforts.

GBright hand doesn't know from the left An inspector came out, created a "plan" and charged me. The "trappers" lied about inspecting, they had no idea what the other "team" was supposed to do in terms of plugging up holes and disinfecting. So trappers "trapped" before holes were plugged and come to find out today- there are still gaping holes. I am extremely disappointed in this company - they took my money without doing the job
