GBCan provide better service We were moving to a new home and discovered that the attic was a habitant for a raccoon. I have contacted Critter Control that indeed confirmed potential presence of the animal. We were offered to trap the animal in 5 days and to seal the house. Before signing the contract I was told that capture is not guaranteed, but " we never had a case in which the animal was not captured". Unfortunately, after 5 days the trapping was not successful and the animal was not captured. The house was sealed very well but the raccoon that likely meanwhile escaped the attic now started to come and visit us almost daily in the garden and pool. I have contacted the company again stating that we see the animal every night and may be they should put cage with the trap again. The response was that I will need to pay again for doing that and again trapping is not guaranteed. Moreover, now we were told that they not always capture the animals. While the company has a good name countrywide, it is expensive and at least they should provide service at standard that corresponds to the price that they change. Moreover, if the animal is still on the property and was not captured, they should at least attempt to catch it without additional charge!

GBSaved....... Had horrible , dirty critters in my attic.......bad for a Mrs. Clean like me! Critter control took care of my problem ( crossing my fingers!) so maybe I can sleep peacefully once again! The absolute best of this awful experience was their technician, Nick Adams!!! He was so reassuring and calm (which I was not) and took control of this less than desired happening! Wish that there were more people like Nick. Critter Control sealed up the entry points today, and let's see what the coming days will bring......hope and pray for no more infestation, but we'll see. Heads up also to Emerson. (repair team)........a real gentleman.

GBHighly recommend! I was hearing scratching in the attic, called Critter Control & scheduled an appointment for that same day. Loren inspected the attic & found evidence of rats along with several points of entry around the house. He set traps and scheduled the repairs to be done a few days later. Emerson & his crew (total of 5) came and sealed up every possible point of entry, took before & after pictures to show me and did a great job. Nick came and checked the traps 3 times a week until he was convinced that there were no more rats. Excellent company, always on time and a pleasure to work with.

GBCareless workers and poor service. We don't recommend this company! We had a very stressful situation with Critter Control. It started out fine, and quickly went downhill. The sales person told us we had rats in the attic, and we contracted them to remove them, and seal up all openings on the outside of the house. The workers were careless, and left garbage in the neighbor's yard, which caused problems with them. We also hired them to replace the insulation in the attic. We found the communication between departments at the office and the team of workers to be poor at best. When they did the project of changing the insulation, everything went wrong. First they needed to remove all of our stored items in the attic, but we had been told to leave them on the floor boards up there, it can be worked around it. I was told to leave things in my master closet (the attic entrance is through there). Everything was to be covered in plastic, it was poorly covered up. They moved furniture in the bedroom to bring the vacuum for removal through the window. They did not put the furniture back. They were stamping and slamming and dropping things so furiously in the attic, that it made the light fixture fall out of the ceiling and smash all over the floor. (I'm still finding shards of glass in the carpet and on the tiles). A screw came through the ceiling of the bedroom, and the smoke alarm fell out of the ceiling. They were trying to be fast, that they just kept creating problems. They needed to come back for 3 more visits to fix up everything that they caused, which never should have happened. On the bright side, they did replace the light fixture, and caulked the ceiling where the screw went through it. They also lost the board that covers the attic opening by putting the new insulation over it. That was recovered. They had to replace the floor boards that were not put back, so that we could put our stored items back into the attic. They sent over only 1 guy to move the boards, it was too heavy. They needed to come back again with a team of men. I spent so many days at home, missing work, so that this project could be done. Had they done things right the first time, it would have been half the time they had to be in my home. I spent A LOT of money on this project, and lost money on wages for missing work to be at home. I hired them due to good reviews, well hopefully this will shine a light on how they really are as a company, and that is unsatisfactory!
