He was able to fix the problem quickly and showed me how to use the disposal properly. The app needs to have a way to add pictures so you can document the model and serial numbers.

Do not subscribe! For one-off Services, this company is fine. However, their membership products are a complete scam. Run away from them fast. I was charged several fees even though they described the plan as covering the service, and when I decided to cancel, they are trying to charge additional cancellation fees. I don't know how anyone can see some kind of benefit out of their subscription, it's a complete lie.

A great experience Luis was friendly, prompt, effectively diagnosed and repaired the issue with my oven and all in less than 2 hours . Extremely satisfied with his service and Puls. Will definitely be using them again!
