GBNo nonsense company that’s treated me well. Never had an issue with a claim. Policy renewal was a ‘cinch.’ Customer service agents have always been professional and to the point. Very direct and pleasurable experience all around.

GBI selected Cinch because I like the "2 Free Months" but be sure to check the start date! I selected Cinch because I like the "2 Free Months" in the online and mailed card I received. I also like the monthly cost that fit in my budget. BUT upon completing the application with my payment, I received an email confirmation that said I would be charged in 30 days--NOT 2 months! Upon making 4 calls not getting my question answered about the 2 free months, finally I did get a confirmation #XD040524 stating my payment would begin 070524. I gave 3 stars because it took too many calls to get live help for my question as I was put on hold repeatedly.

GBThe URL given in the letter did not… The URL given in the letter did not show. Nor, did it show on the credit union website. Only through creative searching did it finally materialize. Then, sign up and registration went very well.
