GBI want to cancel and I have had two… I want to cancel and I have had two failed attempts to transfer me. I just want to cancel this membership that I just added.

GBVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE No part has arrived as promised for Tech to install. They have sent 2 different emails stating the tech will arrive at 4:00am to 4:45am. There is no email address or telephones that connect with live customer service...just a constant do loop of infinite call backs to the number on the reservervation confirmation. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! I have paid these people $49/ month then $59/mo, now its $75/month for a long time customer of over 10 years ! This Jasmine person writing responses has no clue of what she speaks. I type in my contract number, my address, my telephone numbers, zipcode and contract plan # and still no help...just an error statement to try back later ! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You can contact me to prove I am real ! CINCH better get my washing machine fixed or there will be no end to the complaining.

GBI appreciate Cinch I appreciate Cinch. I like the way you sent me information about your plans. Yes, you sent me usually about one or so emails a day. But I don't check my email real often during the day. So it wasn't irritating. But you waited. That's the main thing I appreciated. You just waited. You didn't press me to make a decision you just waited giving me time to think about it. I have alot going on right now and I have to make decisions slowly, especially when it costs me monthly. My husband passed away Dec 25, 2023. I'm adjusting and you gave me the time and patience I needed to make my decision. Thank you. BTW-i researched Cinch in the first place because I asked some friends if they had ever had a home warranty and a couple very trusted friends that I've known about 40 some odd years gave me their experiences. Reggie Winston recommended Cinch - highly recommended - I might say. He lives in Simpsonville, S.C.
