GBFriendly and helpful When I started to fill out the application for home guard I received a telephone call from an agent who was monitoring the website. He was both friendly and helpful and offered me a price that was much lower than the one I was about to choose and he explained the features of the package and helped me understand what I was purchasing.

GBWhat a cluster f—- dealing with LHG… What a cluster f—- dealing with LHG…. Despite their website stating prompt response in 24-48 hours it took 5 days for a repair technician to come out regarding my refrigerator…Compressor was out so he told me he would contact LHG that night…compressor under LG warranty but Repair man doesn’t contact LHG or LG… it was 2 weeks and I called LG and got the authorization for a new free compressor but the technician had to call them and I was told another 7-10 for the part to be shipped…( and how many more days for the repair man to install ). Needless to say I am fed up….after I made many, many, many calls to LHG they offered me $250.00 which does even over the destroyed food…incompetent repair tech on their part not mine.
