GBI was so relieved when my car broke… I was so relieved when my car broke down and I called National Auto Coverage. The roadside assistance came out to take me home, and the other company's representative even got me a rental car for free while they fixed my own. They took care of everything, with no pressure to buy anything at all!

GBI wasn't aware that the policy was only… I wasn't aware that the policy was only for 2 years and it would expire after. I had rated it a 4 star. After this review the general manager called me personally from his cell phone and explained the contract and clarified the misunderstanding. I was very surprised and glad that they strive for excellent customer service. I definitely made the right choice when it come to my extended warranty.

GBI am very disappointed in this company I am very disappointed in this company. When I first spoke with the company manager 9 months ago and he signed me up for the policy, he made it sound like it was going to be easy each time we need to use it. we really liked everything that is covered under the warranty. That’s the reason why we decided to purchase. However, we really need it to use the policy this week and every time I dial the number that he had given me, the line was busy. So when I found the customer service number on my email from December 2022. The receptionist that answer the phone said that my point of contact person is unavailable. So I left a message expecting a phone call back Within a couple hours. I called back later that day. She said again that my point of contact person is still unavailable that she would mark my request urgent. Still no return call 🤔😡Two days later I called back to follow up on my phone call and the receptionist said again, my point of contact person is still unavailable that she would mark my call as a priority. I asked her what would be the timeframe that I could expect a telephone call back. She apologized and said she does not have that information. I am just curious how long it takes to call back a priority message. 🤔 I am not happy with this customer service and I’m starting to question if this policy is even legit. 🤷♀️

GBCustomer Service was excellent I spoke with Kristy about insurance and she was really helpful. All my questions were answered and she was really nice. I'm seriously considering switching my insurance, and I appreciated that she took the time to give me information.
