The roadside assistance came out to take me home, and the other company's representative even got me a rental car for free while they fixed my own. They took care of everything, with no pressure to buy anything at all!

I wasn't aware that the policy was only… I wasn't aware that the policy was only for 2 years and it would expire after. I had rated it a 4 star. After this review the general manager called me personally from his cell phone and explained the contract and clarified the misunderstanding. I was very surprised and glad that they strive for excellent customer service. I definitely made the right choice when it come to my extended warranty.
