Refused to increase the 3 month warranty so now using a different supplier

GBNo communication between engineers and… No communication between engineers and team mates. An engineer came out few Tuesdays back but for some reason the part was ordered on Friday despite me calling up everyday. Why take so long?When speaking to team members they didn't seem to bothered with my concerns or complaint. They kept passing me on to different people. They have come out now to fix the problem but still really angry about the service I have received from them which took just less then 2 weeks to fix.Domestic and General is as useless.

GBDreadfull service Dreadfull service , they arrived to fix my Samsung fridge freezer, threw a few parts in , left my home with the appliance making a noice and will not reach the correct temp to keep my insulin in the fridge , The engineer said it will fix itself over a 24 hour period just don't use it ! I've tried calling , 15 times infact , they will not respond , I'm devastated!

GBExcellent service and advice Excellent service and advice. Jason did all the safety checks and fitted my cooker. He was friendly and efficient and also advised me about updating my washing machine. I would recommend JK Domestics to anyone. Lovely office staff too.
