GBGreat friendly service. My washer dryer repair was allocated to JK Domestics by Domestic and General and I couldn't be happier with the service received. I was kept up to date prior to my appointment at all times, with my slot being allocated the day before. The polite young engineer (sorry, didn't catch his name), attended on time, identified the source of the leak quickly, and was able to fix it on his first visit, whilst also spotting a further repair needed. I couldn't be happier, thank you.

GBRubbish and more rubbish Rubbish. Not answering the phone. Hung up on me and cancelled appointment. No call back. I now have a local firm sorting the problem out. Total rubbish do not go near this firm

GBDreadfull service Dreadfull service , they arrived to fix my Samsung fridge freezer, threw a few parts in , left my home with the appliance making a noice and will not reach the correct temp to keep my insulin in the fridge , The engineer said it will fix itself over a 24 hour period just don't use it ! I've tried calling , 15 times infact , they will not respond , I'm devastated!

GBSo Unprofessional I have had this misfortune of having JK Domestics approved to repair my Smeg oven. They came last Thursday and despite having sent them the model, serial number and description of the fault, they came with the wrong part and tried blaming the fault description, “I’m not an engineer but, if the ovens not getting hot there’s a good chance it will be the element???” I will see if we have one when I get back? I was told, someone will let you know I was told (don’t hold your breath) I rang them on Monday afternoon as no one had been in touch and was told that the part had just come in and the earliest they could come was Wednesday When I asked WHY no one rang me on Friday to tell me they were ordering the part and that they wouldn’t be coming on Monday as the engineer had suggested I was asked do you want us to come on Wednesday or not (absolutely fuming now) of course I do, ok thank you bye was the response, the whole experience has been SO UNPROFESSIONAL It’s now Wednesday and I am still waiting, they still haven’t sent me confirmation they are coming and I’m not in the least convinced they will turn up. I certainly could not recommend them to you
