GBNo communication between engineers and… No communication between engineers and team mates. An engineer came out few Tuesdays back but for some reason the part was ordered on Friday despite me calling up everyday. Why take so long?When speaking to team members they didn't seem to bothered with my concerns or complaint. They kept passing me on to different people. They have come out now to fix the problem but still really angry about the service I have received from them which took just less then 2 weeks to fix.Domestic and General is as useless.

GBIssues with the extended warranty team, but superb service from Jk Domestics. Highly recommended Absolutely shocking service, booked a repair 12 days ago. I waited in all day and no engineer turned up. When I rang they said they had no contact details for me . They then wanted to rearrange for the following Tuesday leaving me 18 days without an oven. A full day wasted and and shocking customer service. The issue has been resolved now, it's a shame I had to complain on here for something to be done though. Following our telephone conversation with the engineers today. They had our issue resolved within half an hour. The fault lay with the extended warranty team and not Jk Domestics. The lady at Jk Domestics indeed did do as she said and resolved our issues and an engineer was with us within 30 minutes and had the cooker fixed. So s huge thank you to Jk Domestics for resolving our issue and complaint. Shame on the extended warranty team but big thanks to Jk Domestics, cannot fault their service and resolution... Spot on.

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Absolutely shocking service. My dishwasher broke so I called to get an engineer out to fix it. The engineer came within a few days and told me that the pump was faulty and we needed to order a new one. I then paid the £78 charge for call out and was called a week later to pay for the new pump over the phone. I did and then nothing. No communication for 2 weeks. I called to ask when the part would be in stock and was spoken to very rudely by a guy who told me that I wasn't to call for an update they would call me. I later told him that I had paid for the part so it was my right to call and enquire. He then told me the part would arrive Friday. Friday came and went and no one called. I phone on the Monday and enquired again. I was then told the pump was on back stock and would arrive the following Friday. I waited and Friday came and went AGAIN with no call. I called this time very frustrated on the Monday and was told AGAIN that the pump would arrive on Friday, I then asked to speak to the manager who looked into the matter and managed to get a pump to me and fitted on the Friday. The engineer came and fitted the pump but this did not fix the dishwasher and he advised a senior engineer would need to come out to look at the job. 2 more weeks past and an engineer was then booked to come out to the job. I received a text message on the Wednesday to advise that the engineer would be with me the following day only to get a call on the day that the engineer would need to re arrange and come on the Friday. I called the office and spoke to someone who said that the engineer was never booked in for Thursday. I'm currently writing this as the engineer has just left my house so all fresh in mind. I have waited over 2 months for a working dishwasher. Over these last 2 months I have taken several holidays from work to be in when the engineer arrived and have only been greeted by rude ignorant people when phoning the general office number. I warn everyone who is thinking of using this company to not, as its a total waste of time. I will be passing on my story to friends and family in the hope that others don't have to go through a similar process.

GBAppliance repair Engaged JK Domestics to fix a fridge freezer early December 2019. By the 17th Feb after paying them £300, our appliance was still not working. What JK Domestics are good at is excuses as to why they haven’t called you back or why parts haven’t turned up, or why people from other companies being off sick mean they cannot proceed with your job. We did end up with a £250 refund, but they refused to refund £48 of the call out charge. So we basically paid for an engineer to tell us it was broken. We already knew that! They did say that the charge was to cover the inspection report. I’ve asked for a copy of this inspection report, JK Domestics promised to send this inspection report, but like most promises they made, they didn’t deliver. Avoid

GBSimply the Best! Jay and Kav were exceptionally professional at all times. Great communications about when they were due to arrive within the four-hour timeslot. Very clean and tidy, stuck firmly to the estimate given. Highly recommended.
