I cannot recommend this folks highly enough, specially Ms.Jinney Payne, she took the time to ask me about my situation, and help me all the way through the end, Very knowledgeable, Very helpful and friendly .She was always there when I called her, she took IRS off my back, I owe them a lot of money, she was able to get me into non-collectible with IRS at the moment, what a relief, I cannot thank her enough. because what a great experience I had with her and the company I ended up signing up with them to do my yearly taxes. Precision Tax Relief Appreciate the attention to detail in terms of specific requests for information to be provided to result in the accurate completion of tax documents. The tax specialists, in our case Eric B. was available and willing to answer questions and respond to concerns we had during the process. Finally I appreciate the review process that Precision Tax has which results in more than one set of eyes that contributed to the final product. PTR's staff (Taylor, Shana, Eric, Ariel, Tracy, and many others) was always able to answer my questions, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was fully aware of the fees. During the entire case, I knew that PTR would handle any issues that came up with the IRS, and this was an incredible stress relief.
