She gave us the worst case scenario but stated she was going to negotiate and work hard to get us the best case scenario. That is exactly what she did. I am so glad we chose Precision Tax. She fought for me against an IRS agent who was very difficult to deal with. She always returned my calls and updated me all the time with my case. I can not say enough great things about everything she and the company did for me. The billing department was great as well. If you find yourself having to deal IRS, Your 1st and only call should be to Precision Tax.
