I wasn't sure at first I wasn't sure at first, but I received my first settlement the other day. Yes, the company takes their fees out first, and I was told this from the beginning. Hopefully, the next settlement will come soon. Level One Law so far has done everything I was informed.

I have been in this program for 7… I have been in this program for 7 months so far and I can see things are starting to move in the right direction. I have settlement offers and others in progress. I love the job they are doing to help me be debt free .

The communication not good!!! The communication was great at beginning but I’ve called emailed and asked for call back only to get please call the same number that couldn’t answer my questions the first time. My rep who promised to be with me through it all stopped returning my calls and stopped responding to my emails. Not happy

Everyone at Level One Law that help me… Everyone at Level One Law that help me through this process were amazing. Understanding and compassionate of what I was going through. Answered all of my questions, gave me suggestions and took care of everything.

After reading the reviews and also not… After reading the reviews and also not being able to reach anyone at level one law. I have decided to withdraw my money. Now Since I can not reach anyone at level one law I reached out to Global Holdings who collects the money. They advised that they will be able to close the account and end the money back to me. Now whether level one law does something against me is a different question. But I rather get my money back than wait to get a hold of someone at level one. At this point a chapter 7 sounds like a better option.
