Please do not go with this company. It will ruin your atttempts to negotiate your debt with out bankruptcy! in 8 months, nothing was accomplished. My debt increased by 6k and I was taken to court by my ex husband. I tried to call and either no one is there, or they reject the call because my phone number was changed. This company is all about fees, fees and fees. Until they feel you have enough money, they will not start negotiating down your dept. I have been a client for 8 months!

They took $7000 in "misc fees" They took $7000 in "misc fees"; They negotiated a $1300 credit debt for about $1200. They knew I had been summoned to court and made no attempt to help represent me nor any advice for a Summons response. They dont answer their phones. They dont answer emails. Their hands are in your pockets heavy and they will not do anything for you.

Don't fall for their unethical business… Don't fall for their unethical business practices. Our rep, Sam Bartner, (doubtful that's even his real name) sold us on their debt consolidation program by telling us there were no fees except for a small admin fee. I thought it was too good to be true but I was so desperate that I believed him and went through with it. After 8 months in the program nothing has been settled, I've been served with a lawsuit from one of my creditors, and even though we have paid them almost $11k there was only $4k in our "account" to pay off creditors when we cancelled the program. We now have no choice but to go bankrupt thanks to their deceitful and shady business model.

After reading the reviews and also not… After reading the reviews and also not being able to reach anyone at level one law. I have decided to withdraw my money. Now Since I can not reach anyone at level one law I reached out to Global Holdings who collects the money. They advised that they will be able to close the account and end the money back to me. Now whether level one law does something against me is a different question. But I rather get my money back than wait to get a hold of someone at level one. At this point a chapter 7 sounds like a better option.
