We had a feeling our trademark was going to be a tricky case because of how popular the name seemed to be, but with the great advice that JPG provided, we weighed the pros and cons and decided it was worth filing. Exceptional trademark service There is a famous rule in business which applies to attorneys, doctors, contractors and pretty much any supplier, which is: "A provider can't be Fast, High Quality and Inexpensive all 3 at the same time. If they are high quality and inexpensive, they'll be slow. If they are Fast and Knowledgeable, they are expensive. If they are fast and cheap, they are not high quality".
