Am I to assume no one in your office processed and deposited my payment in the last 8 weeks and there has been no communication within your office with regards to account receivables and updating client orders/accounts. And that leads me to my next question.... when were you going to follow up? I mean...it has been 8 weeks! One week...ok. Two weeks..fine! But 8 WEEKS...really!! If I had not emailed you last week...would my order still be in limbo for 10 weeks....12 weeks..indefinitely! This is unacceptable! This delay will cost me money and time. Based on my previous application, I was expecting everything to be finalized by August/September thereabouts assuming no problems. Now...that deadline is no good and my app timeline is now worthless which will ultimately cost me money. JX Response Update -- Due to the character limit, I can't reply as I would like. However, I’ll pose this one question, if I were the type of client described by JPGL, why do a 2nd trademark for me? JPGL's narrative is misleading and parts are simply not true. Framing me and our last transaction as they did is an attempt to discredit my review.

GBExceptional trademark service There is a famous rule in business which applies to attorneys, doctors, contractors and pretty much any supplier, which is: "A provider can't be Fast, High Quality and Inexpensive all 3 at the same time. GBExperienced, even for the most difficult trademarks! We had a feeling our trademark was going to be a tricky case because of how popular the name seemed to be, but with the great advice that JPG provided, we weighed the pros and cons and decided it was worth filing. JPG's team has been extremely professional and has made this somewhat complicated process easy to understand. They've taken care of everything, walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. Money well spent for the time saved on paperwork and research alone. They know what they are doing!
