Experienced, even for the most difficult trademarks! We had a feeling our trademark was going to be a tricky case because of how popular the name seemed to be, but with the great advice that JPG provided, we weighed the pros and cons and decided it was worth filing. JPG's team has been extremely professional and has made this somewhat complicated process easy to understand. They've taken care of everything, walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. Money well spent for the time saved on paperwork and research alone. I had the best experience with JPG I had the best experience with Jeremy Green @JPG Legal. I filed my trademark myself, panicked and started doubting my submission. I reached out to denvertrademarklaw initially for help. I was told by the principal that she needed a nonnegotiable $2,000 advance retainer deposit to speak with me. I then googled other law firms as she seemed disinterested in communicating without the $2000 retainer. Fortunately i found JPG Legal. I sent an email and received a response immediately from Jeremy himself. He asked for my serial number and looked up my application. Told me everything looked good. I was surprised as he was forth coming and transparent and didn't ask for $2000 to speak to or look up my application. I ended up asking him to take over the application process.. Great firm Great firm, super helpful and responsive. They are very good at explaining topics that might otherwise seem complicated. But probably the best thing about them is that I don't have the constant sense that I'm having my money drained away. Other law firms charge me for everything, including phone calls and minor filings. JPG Legal seems to try their best not to surprise me with charges. Their pricing accounts for most minor filings that might come up in a trademark application, making them a much better deal than they might seem at first. Much better than working with other law firms!
