Experienced, even for the most difficult trademarks! We had a feeling our trademark was going to be a tricky case because of how popular the name seemed to be, but with the great advice that JPG provided, we weighed the pros and cons and decided it was worth filing. I had the best experience with JPG I had the best experience with Jeremy Green @JPG Legal. I filed my trademark myself, panicked and started doubting my submission. I reached out to denvertrademarklaw initially for help. I was told by the principal that she needed a nonnegotiable $2,000 advance retainer deposit to speak with me. I then googled other law firms as she seemed disinterested in communicating without the $2000 retainer. Fortunately i found JPG Legal. I sent an email and received a response immediately from Jeremy himself. He asked for my serial number and looked up my application. Told me everything looked good. I was surprised as he was forth coming and transparent and didn't ask for $2000 to speak to or look up my application. I ended up asking him to take over the application process..
