The process was easy for us and they kept us informed at every step. It took a long time to get the trademarks registered (nearly a year), so I'm glad I started when I did and didn't wait longer. And their package prices are excellent -- you really can't beat it.

These guys are professional These guys are quick, efficient and professional. Pretty much a seamless service. They take your requirements and run off and do their thing and you have every confidence they know what they're doing and are on it. Would have given them 5 stars, but occasionally had to chase things up a couple of times. All in all it's as good as you can get from a distance-based service. Will definitely use them again.

This was my third trademark This was my third trademark, but my first with JPG Legal. They were much better than my previous law firm in a lot of ways. One thing I really appreciated was that they don't hide fees. In situations where a fee might arise later, they told me before I committed to anything. Their service was also top notch and their pricing is excellent, especially considering that even the "basic" package includes responses to minor office actions from the PTO!
