I reached out to denvertrademarklaw initially for help. I was told by the principal that she needed a nonnegotiable $2,000 advance retainer deposit to speak with me. I then googled other law firms as she seemed disinterested in communicating without the $2000 retainer. Fortunately i found JPG Legal. I sent an email and received a response immediately from Jeremy himself. He asked for my serial number and looked up my application. Told me everything looked good. I was surprised as he was forth coming and transparent and didn't ask for $2000 to speak to or look up my application. I ended up asking him to take over the application process.. This was my third trademark This was my third trademark, but my first with JPG Legal. They were much better than my previous law firm in a lot of ways. One thing I really appreciated was that they don't hide fees. In situations where a fee might arise later, they told me before I committed to anything. Their service was also top notch and their pricing is excellent, especially considering that even the "basic" package includes responses to minor office actions from the PTO!
