One thing I really appreciated was that they don't hide fees. In situations where a fee might arise later, they told me before I committed to anything. Exceptional trademark service There is a famous rule in business which applies to attorneys, doctors, contractors and pretty much any supplier, which is: "A provider can't be Fast, High Quality and Inexpensive all 3 at the same time. If they are high quality and inexpensive, they'll be slow. If they are Fast and Knowledgeable, they are expensive. If they are fast and cheap, they are not high quality".
