GBSuccess Against the Odds Although there was the use of a central element of a trademark, as early as 1999, the chances of succeeding to secure the Maxwell Leadership Institute trademark, were estimated at 20 percent. However, JPG Legal worked professionally alongside us despite the forecast, providing expert advice and services, which resulted in a successful registration against the odds.

AUInternational Trademark in USA As an Australian business trying to establish my trademarks in the US, I needed a local agent to act when my initial Madrid protocol application was rejected by USPTO. JPG Legal was a great choice for us. No hassle and provided relevant advice and got my Trademark fully registered. And the fixed fee was reasonable and easy to transact. Highly recommend.

DOEasy Process, Great Prices, Glad We Didn't Wait We worked with JPG Legal and Mike Ortiz to get our company name, logo, and a product name registered as trademarks with the USPTO. The process was easy for us and they kept us informed at every step. It took a long time to get the trademarks registered (nearly a year), so I'm glad I started when I did and didn't wait longer. And their package prices are excellent -- you really can't beat it.

GBThis was my third trademark This was my third trademark, but my first with JPG Legal. They were much better than my previous law firm in a lot of ways. One thing I really appreciated was that they don't hide fees. In situations where a fee might arise later, they told me before I committed to anything. Their service was also top notch and their pricing is excellent, especially considering that even the "basic" package includes responses to minor office actions from the PTO!
