Paying off my debt , no panacea My debt was re negotiated and paid off. The vendor further ruined my credit for years afterwards by comments and ratings. Helbring refused my calls as soon as the deal was made. Helbring refused to contact them or do anything. In hindsight, I would have been better off filing bankruptcy. Think carefully, just paying the settlement is not enough to restore your credit. Its not even enough to rebuild your credit.

Kanesha gets 10 ⭐️ service IMO she listen and took charge with a solution at hand. Maybe they should promote her to a manager because I’ve talk to many many other people at Helbing with no care in the world what was happening with my account. Five star is a joke Five star is a joke , This company is a scam , I have been paying over six hundred dollars every month since 2021 & my worse nightmare happen in December my account with my rent & all my bills money for that month was gone with the wind . My acc was garnished & I had to file bankruptcy & still didn’t get back my account . I cried soooo much . It’s not right what these people r doing , they promise but never deliver . A lot of tears r on them . DONT Do IT !!!!! I didn’t know any better I should have did my research , was too good to be true .

Outstanding customer service I have been trying for over a year to get my account closed out. Kanesha is the only one that was willing to listen to my reasoning and took my account to upper management. I hope Helbing understands how lucky they are to have a dedicated employee like Kanesha working for them. For anyone working with helping Law Group I would strongly suggest you ask for Kanesha Strokes to be your client relation person is she follows up on what she says she’s going to do for you. In 2 years, I didn’t see any settlements and couldn’t get answers from anyone. Literally seemed impossible. Once she took over my account, in this little time, she has settled with all my creditors but 1. I truly compliment her professionalism and customer service. She is a true asset to Helbing.
