I was receiving daunting calls and robo calls from your office but no one helped me. I started to give up FAITH but she stepped in, listened to me, returned my calls and gave me hope again. She took all steps and effort and my problems were resolved…Now I can FINALLY breathe. She is a true example of quality customer service and an asset to your company. GBShorter Time Frame for debt repayment I like the fact that Kanesha S, my assigned worker, has been very supportive with the whole process of this credit journey. I got to know her through emails and mostly phone contacts-my preference-in a world where live communication can be seemingly difficult for people to get personal and fast outcomes. For area of improvement, I would suggest for the calls to be less scrutinized due to having a real hard time when I first started working with Helbing Law. At times the phone calls would not go through, VM would say “Disconnected” very inappropriate for a business. Overall, Helbing Law Group is lucky to have Kanesha S as part of their team. My accounts have been resolved in good standing in an unexpected time frame.
