Great Job! Finally, I received some help on closing my last account with Kanesha Stokes . She was so helpful and communicate with me. She contacted me on Friday Dec. 1st and account was negotiated and paid on Monday 4th. I really appreciate all her help . She was awesome.

He then led me to & assisted me in setting up my Client Portal. He explained all of my account information that is at my fingertips on the Portal, but also he gave me his personal contact information if I have any additional info or convenience concerns. He relieved my concerns & I feel that it's one less thing I have to concern myself with. Quite refreshing.

Paying off my debt , no panacea My debt was re negotiated and paid off. The vendor further ruined my credit for years afterwards by comments and ratings. Helbring refused my calls as soon as the deal was made. Helbring refused to contact them or do anything. In hindsight, I would have been better off filing bankruptcy. Think carefully, just paying the settlement is not enough to restore your credit. Its not even enough to rebuild your credit.

I want to thank Kanesha Stokes for all… I want to thank Kanesha Stokes for all her hard work. I was extremely unhappy with Helbing and the debt program. In 2 years, I didn’t see any settlements and couldn’t get answers from anyone. Literally seemed impossible. Once she took over my account, in this little time, she has settled with all my creditors but 1. I truly compliment her professionalism and customer service. She is a true asset to Helbing.
