GBI called with some questions about my… I called with some questions about my account & Abel is the one who assisted me. He was very friendly, helpful, caring, & professional. He then led me to & assisted me in setting up my Client Portal. He explained all of my account information that is at my fingertips on the Portal, but also he gave me his personal contact information if I have any additional info or convenience concerns. He relieved my concerns & I feel that it's one less thing I have to concern myself with. Quite refreshing.

GBShorter Time Frame for debt repayment I like the fact that Kanesha S, my assigned worker, has been very supportive with the whole process of this credit journey. I got to know her through emails and mostly phone contacts-my preference-in a world where live communication can be seemingly difficult for people to get personal and fast outcomes. For area of improvement, I would suggest for the calls to be less scrutinized due to having a real hard time when I first started working with Helbing Law. At times the phone calls would not go through, VM would say “Disconnected” very inappropriate for a business. Overall, Helbing Law Group is lucky to have Kanesha S as part of their team. My accounts have been resolved in good standing in an unexpected time frame.

GBKanasha was the best representative I… Kanasha was the best representative I had from your law office. She always was right on the ball getting things done and would always call me back. I spoke with several people in support and got no where and sometimes couldn’t even understand them. They wouldn’t get me any help until finally I had it and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. Kanasha then called me and I have since always spoken to her. You need several of her. GBOutstanding customer service I have been trying for over a year to get my account closed out. Kanesha is the only one that was willing to listen to my reasoning and took my account to upper management. I hope Helbing understands how lucky they are to have a dedicated employee like Kanesha working for them. For anyone working with helping Law Group I would strongly suggest you ask for Kanesha Strokes to be your client relation person is she follows up on what she says she’s going to do for you. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Kanesha for all of your hard work. It’s nice to know there are still employees out there that do care about their job and the customers.

GBGreat Job! Finally, I received some help on closing my last account with Kanesha Stokes . She was so helpful and communicate with me. She contacted me on Friday Dec. 1st and account was negotiated and paid on Monday 4th. I really appreciate all her help . She was awesome.
