Kanesha Stokes, the true meaning of caring I am writing this letter to express my appreciation and gratitude to Kanesha Stokes. have been a client for several years and I started to give up hope when I received a letter of garnishment for one of the accounts. I was receiving daunting calls and robo calls from your office but no one helped me. I started to give up FAITH but she stepped in, listened to me, returned my calls and gave me hope again. She took all steps and effort and my problems were resolved…Now I can FINALLY breathe. She is a true example of quality customer service and an asset to your company. Paying off my debt , no panacea My debt was re negotiated and paid off. The vendor further ruined my credit for years afterwards by comments and ratings. Helbring refused my calls as soon as the deal was made. Helbring refused to contact them or do anything. In hindsight, I would have been better off filing bankruptcy. Think carefully, just paying the settlement is not enough to restore your credit. Its not even enough to rebuild your credit.
