She’s very gentle (I can tell from her voice though I’ve never met her), very detailed, listens to me patiently and explains all the details. If the topic is more complicated, she will take her time to resolve each issue, give me the necessary information and help me making informed decisions. I wish I never sold my home with this… I wish I never sold my home with this company. They took advantage of me because I had less than two weeks to close on my new home after the buyer for old home didnt get approved. Big state came made an offer that I accepted three days to closing on my new home they came back with a lesser offer for my old home. I needed to close on my new home so I accepted I felt they took advantage of my situation i will never forgive myself for losing all my equity on my old home.
