I wish I never sold my home with this… I wish I never sold my home with this company. They took advantage of me because I had less than two weeks to close on my new home after the buyer for old home didnt get approved. Big state came made an offer that I accepted three days to closing on my new home they came back with a lesser offer for my old home. I needed to close on my new home so I accepted I felt they took advantage of my situation i will never forgive myself for losing all my equity on my old home.
