They took advantage of me because I had less than two weeks to close on my new home after the buyer for old home didnt get approved. Big state came made an offer that I accepted three days to closing on my new home they came back with a lesser offer for my old home. I needed to close on my new home so I accepted I felt they took advantage of my situation i will never forgive myself for losing all my equity on my old home.

Was told one thing during the initial meeting and afterwards they went back on the original contract amount. Lost a lot of promised money for my sale of property. Bad Communication problems.
