GBCould have gone better! Ross took a care of me while selling my home, he did a great job,I mean a fantastic job. I give them a 3 star because items where stolen by their sub contractors totaling $2000 while they were estimatin repairs to the house and Big State wasn't present with them. They gave use $1000 for some of the items taken. But I would recommend being present when anyone walks the property.
