I can honestly say that working with… I can honestly say that working with Big State Homebuyers was probably one of the easiest parts of the aftermath from Hurricane Harvey. Altogether easy process. A few communication gals between agents and offices, one thinking the other called or gave information when no one had. Just a few times in the process we wished for a little more information quicker. But we just called and asked our questions. Always got it sorted out and answered quickly. Could have gone better! Ross took a care of me while selling my home, he did a great job,I mean a fantastic job. I give them a 3 star because items where stolen by their sub contractors totaling $2000 while they were estimatin repairs to the house and Big State wasn't present with them. They gave use $1000 for some of the items taken. But I would recommend being present when anyone walks the property.
