Feedback… For what seems a straightforward case,it’s has been handled abominably. I never took the option of a replacement vehicle because I thought it would be sorted out in a month or so. So I was inconvenienced for seven months until I got paid out. I’m not happy at all with the “service “

From the very beginning the communication was excellent and everything was explained to me in detail every step of the way. Most contact was via phone and email which made the process even easier than it already was. My handler Michael Burgess was nothing short of amazing. I was updated about every change of progress and he was very open, honest and would advise me on next steps, what will happen next and what I should consider. The whole process I felt like Michael supported me and had my best interest at heart therefore I built a certain amount of rapport and trust with him to do what he does best without having to chase anyone up or hound the office with information what is happening or where we are at with the process as that was already done on his part so I was at constant ease until the very end.
