They are very slow They are very slow, unprofessional and charge you for every single email. Using them with the purchase of a flat, I did most of the work by chasing the lender and the agency and even the seller while solicitor team John Blake sat on their ass and did nothing most of the days. They even lied that they haven’t received documents when they did, every response or communication I would have would always be with a different person saying different things. Giving incorrect information most of the time and mostly they charge a lot more than the stated at the start, and they are not cheap to begin with. I would recommend stay away and find cheaper ones because these will just waste your time, money and nerves.

Avoid for London property Unresponsive and seemed wholly unaware of the detail of buying a flat in London. It quickly became clear that i was researching ideas and proposing ways forward, while WG just seemed to find reasons not to act / do anything. I ended up switching conveyancers.
