GBPoor response I phoned six weeks ago , explained to receptionist, and then I assume a paralegal, what I needed to make an appointment for. She took all the details and assured me that she would return my call that afternoon, or the next day at the latest . Never heard another word .... six weeks later still no response . Needless to say I went elsewhere. Only chose this particular firm due to positive reviews... unfortunately there is nothing that I can say that is positive !!

GBWG Want £2000+ to Read a Few Documents Before They Will Even Meet with Us and Discuss Our Case. The position of our boundary with our neighbour was legally redetermined several years ago, the Deed Plans for both properties therefore define the boundary position identically and to the inch. Having compared Deed Plans with our neighbour, we agreed to work on our boundary which was not then carried to reflect that boundary. Our neighbour then claimed that the boundary position was different and that he did not remember the Deed Plan he showed me. I approached Warner Goodman saying I had legal documents to prove my case. While I have more, the critical documents are just the one legally verified Deed Plan for each property. Matthew of Warner Goodman refused to even meet and discuss the case with me until I had copied all the documents to them and paid them for 5 - 10 hrs @ £225+VAT / hr to read them. I am 80 and my wife has serious health issues - I don't want something for nothing, but we cannot afford to risk our savings without a brief intitial discussion of our case and some sort of advice on what we should commit to.
